Since 2015, the organisation has started its operations in participating In Kashmir Flood relief by providing warm clothes to the people in the affected area. Then in partnership with Sadh Samaj Samachar, A relief was sent to Nepal Earthquake with Necessary commodities & shelter arrangement. Help & Support foundation is continuously leveraging its support from members & volunteers to organize events of Medical camps, food distribution, clothes distribution & providing employment aid .
