Collaborate. Catalyse. Change. Celebrate.
hashtag is not a pause—it’s a powerful step forward.
At our recent hashtag ’Meet in hashtag , we came together under the theme “Collaborate, Catalyse, Change, and Celebrate” to look back on a year of challenges, growth, and transformation—both as an organisation and as individuals. At the heart of this journey are our Project Managers—the ones who carry the weight of vision, ex*****on, and empathy every single day.
These two days were filled with honest conversations, insightful sessions, and deep learning. We had the honour of being guided by our senior leaders—Mr. Nripendra Kumar Bharali , Mr. Krishnamurti Singh, and Ms. Meenakshi Shahi, whose clarity of thought and decades of experience grounded our discussions in purpose and perspective.
The conclave was notably enriched by the presence of our Board Members, whose insightful reflections and forward-looking perspectives encouraged us to think bigger and act with renewed boldness. Their words served as a powerful reminder that the work we do is not only meaningful—it is essential.
We were honoured to welcome Mr. Dr Jyoti Kumar from GAIL (India) Limited, who shared insights from his recently published book.
A particularly impactful moment was our interaction with Ms. Aggarwal, whose extraordinary story of courage, resilience, and advocacy moved us all. Her presence reaffirmed the importance of empathy, dignity, and justice in our collective mission, igniting in us a deeper commitment to stand up for what is right.
The meet would have been incomplete without the profoundly engaging session by Mr. Abhijit Bhattacharya—a longtime supporter, well-wisher, and esteemed national volleyball player from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC). Drawing from his journey with the bvl brahmaputra volleyball league, he shared invaluable lessons on team spirit, grassroots leadership, and the transformative power of collective effort.
As we reflect on the two days of meaningful engagement, we carry with us not just knowledge and strategies, but a renewed sense of purpose, unity, and aspiration.
