Skip the store-bought “energy bars” — make these super easy, healthy Energy Balls at home instead!
Ingredients:
Pitted dates
Roasted nuts
Honey
Coconut powder
Cocoa powder
Just pop everything into a mixie and give it a few quick pulses. I added a splash of milk to rase the stress on your mixie.
Once it’s all blended, shape the mix however you like — roll them into balls or use cookie cutters for fun shapes!
Finish by rolling them in coconut, peanut powder, or cocoa for that extra flavour.
And just like that — you’ve got delicious, preservative-free energy bites that your kids (and you!) will love.
Perfect for tiffin boxes, summer vacation travel snacks, or a quick energy boost before a game.
