clients to achieve excellence, via trainings, Interactions Networking and counseling. They are enthusiastically
motivated to adopt proactive and positive action oriented mind-sets, while their very own aspiration, to live with
dignity, is roused! Preeti Monga, herself blind

since childhood, (Founder Director of Silver Linings, Awarded National Award by the
President of India), has been working towards empowerment of people with disability and women for over 25
years, but, Silver Linings was formally registered in June 2006. The work of Silver Linings encompasses,
Counseling, Training, Diversity and Inclusion, Networking, Building Awareness, Personal Development, enhancing
Confidence and Self-Esteem, Personality Development, Sexual Rights for Disabled Girls/Women, altering Negative
Attitudes, Employment, Motivation, Relationships and Mainstreaming. DIGNITY: A flagship project of Silver Linings was launched to, specifically empower, disabled girls and women. Apart from the above mentioned services, we focus on providing them with information, support and helpline
facility in the area of Sexual Rights. In addition, Silver Linings is working towards organizing residential spaces,
income generating opportunities and mainstreaming trainings, for them as well! FUSION: An initiative of Silver Linings, works towards bridging the gap between the disabled and non disabled
world! Fusion is a platform for meaningful face to face social interaction between both worlds! We foster
Friendships, Relationships and partnerships, inspiring true inclusion! Silver Linings also offers, and is currently working as the required NGO partner, on various corporate and
government organization’s Internal Complaints Committee, (ICC) instituted under the Vishaka Guidelines of the
Sexual Harassment Act 2013; ensuring Sexual Harassment free, Workplaces for women. And last but not the least; for the population at large, Silver Linings Motivates and inspires all, to live life to their
maximum potential; via its powerful Personal Development and Motivational programmes.
