Noted philanthropic visonary entrepreneur from Uttar Pradesh- Sanjay Sinha from Ghaziabad joined Helping Hands member as Core Member today. He is devout and fan of Dr Bheem Rao Ambedkar. Today his appointment order has been honoured infront of his wife .

Sanjay is leading entrepreneur and philanthropic in UP and Maharashtra, he is deeply touched and impressed by selfless social works by Helping Hands volunteers all over india, he is emotionally moved by Akhri Ahuti ( burial/ cremenation / dead bodies in coffins transportation to North Eastern States for burial back home in their birth place.

As an Ambedkarite, he has sponsored 6 feet Dr Bheem Rao Ambedkar for forthcoming iconic JAI HIND CHOWK at Mahatma Gandhi Center Hong Village at Ziro .

When a young boy or girl from the Northeast leaves home, they carry dreams in their hearts but often, they also carry an invisible fear.

Who will stand by me if I fall sick? Who will come if I meet with an accident? Who will help me if I am alone? And if the unthinkable happens… who will take me home?

These are questions no parent should have to live with. Yet, for countless families across the Northeast, they are painfully real.

This is why Helping Hands exists.

We are not just an NGO. We are a family away from home.

Day and night, our volunteers stand ready to answer distress calls, visit hospitals, support those in crisis, comfort frightened students and workers, help families during emergencies, and ensure that no one from the Northeast is left abandoned or forgotten.

The most heartbreaking moments are when a son or daughter leaves this world far away from home. When families cannot reach in time, we stand beside them with dignity and compassion. We ensure that every life is honoured, every farewell is respectful, and whenever possible, we help bring our brothers and sisters back to their homeland so they may rest among their loved ones.

No one should journey through life or leave this world alone.

To every person from the Northeast living anywhere in India or abroad, remember this:

You are never alone. Someone cares. Someone will come. Someone will stand beside you.

That is the promise of Helping Hands volunteers and members....
We will not abandon you ....

Heartbroken weeping mother received her young son's coffin at Imphal yesterday......
Young life losed again while toiling for bread and butter in chenai.... away from home .
Had to mobilized resource for his coffin to be flown to her mother .
Its always heart breaking to hear cry of loved ones helplessness ....even for decent burials and coffin carriage back home .
Because of too many death in cities , most of them working in unorganized private companies lowly paid jobs .
Requests for coffins carriage is increasing day by day ......
Had to tell the relatives of death ones to approach to their elected representatives in state or in parliament through their assistance from MP / MLA LAD .
Mostly returned to Helping Hands after futile all out struggles....the least to carry their loved ones back home for sombre burials in the midst of their loved ones in their hilly graveyard.

Seeing old mother weeping holding the life less body of their son is heart breaking sombre painful scene.

Still ...
my heart is haunting me with my eternal question -

" Really do North East region have no
Opportunities for our youth ?
Why should our youth migrate for petty jobs in heartless cities ? "

Shriek painful unanswered echo...continues .......

Today whole looking up the clear moon in the melancholy sky ..as witness to hundreds of such tragedies saga of hopeless and hapless .....
Tears drop unwittingly in my eyes by remembering old mother burying her young son in the meadow of hilly foliage of eucalyptus trees in the breezy whisper of wind in the midst of wailing and crying loved ones while lowering their loved ones for eternal rest in the grave .

Pat on shoulders of Helping Hands by Honourable Minister Social Welfare Govt of India- Ram Das Atawala.

An award for Helping Hands for social works at Constitution Club Parliament Annexe New Delhi.

Honourable Minister Social Welfare Govt of India - Ram Das Atawala handed over the Award.
Helping Hands Ngo was awarded for social works for northeastern distress people in cities like sending dead bodies in coffin , burial, cremenation, mobilization of scholarship for UPSC examination, mobilization and maintaining of emergency blood bank , fighting for distress crime victims , and above all standing tall for northeastern people in cities.

5 members of Parliament including Tai Tagak Member of Rajya Sabha from Arunachal Pradesh also attended the Award ceremony.

These patting recognition from society further bolster Helping Hands continues endeavor in serving vulnerable distressed people in cities from northeast states .
Kudos to all members and volunteers of Helping Hands.
