ADIG- Association for Democratic and Inclusive Governance is registered in Delhi on 07 October 2014 as an all India society under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. A group of likeminded development professionals came together to address governance deficit in India by deepening democracy and promoting inclusion. We strongly belief that an enabling environment need to be created so that citize
n engage with governance institutions by claiming their rights and entitlements and that governance institutions must become responsible and accountable towards citizens. ADIG partners with non-profit organisations, CSR activities of Private and Public Companies and also Government institutions to do so. ADIG also provides development support services to organisations such as capacity building of community, elected representatives & functionaries; technical assistance in participatory planning, implementation, monitoring, field verification & evaluation of development projects, schemes, interventions and institutions; social audit, social impact assessment, environmental impact assessment; planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities. Our vision is to create an inclusive and democratically governed society where all stakeholders, particularly the marginalised and vulnerable, participate with full empowerment and gain equal access to and control over public services, resources and institutions.
