Lok Bharti

Lok Bharti Lok Bharti is a leading vocational training provider for skilling & re-skilling people to augment their employability

India is a “country of young talent” with about 65% of the population below the age of 35. This gives us the advantage of having the largest working age group in the world. But are we prepared to reap the demographic dividend? The fact that among those in the 15 to 29 years age group, only 2 per cent have received formal vocational training and 8 per cent non-formal vocational training highlights the urgent need of skilling India. We (India) are aiming to impart skills training to over 500 million people by 2022 and as a result provide efficient human resource capital for all sectors. Lok Bharti Skilling Solutions Private Limited is a skill development organization which was formed in 2010 with an undertaking to improve the quality of millions of marginalized, yet to be integrated within the economic mainstream, through skill-building and enhancing education. We also take initiative to re-skill the existing workforce to help them climb their professional ladder through certification courses in their respective trades.

🇮🇳 Celebrating Independence. Empowering Aspirations.

Independence Day is not just a celebration of our freedom—it is a reminder of the responsibility we carry towards building a stronger, more skilled and self-reliant India.
Under the Castrol Eklavya Project, Independence Day was celebrated with pride and enthusiasm across our multiple training centres. Our candidates came together for flag hoisting, patriotic activities and moments of shared celebration, reflecting the values of discipline, unity and responsibility.
For us, every young person who gains a skill, builds confidence and moves towards a better livelihood is contributing to the nation’s progress.
Because a skilled India is a stronger India.

Proud to celebrate the spirit of freedom, opportunity and nation-building with our Eklavya community.

Lok Bharti wishes you a very Happy 80th Independence Day!
