What began with conversations and reflections came together into a shared sense of direction for the journey ahead. The meeting gave the team space to question, rethink, listen to different perspectives and imagine new possibilities for Butterflies and the children we work with.

It was also a time to connect as a team, welcome new colleagues and strengthen the spirit of working together. Most importantly, we leave with new ideas, renewed enthusiasm and a stronger commitment to turn our collective thinking into meaningful action.

The planning may be over, but the real work begins now. “A shared commitment to children.”

Day 1 | Butterflies Annual Strategic Planning Meeting

A day of reflection, learning, ideas and renewed commitment!

The first day of the Butterflies Annual Strategic Planning Meeting brought together our team to reflect on our journey, share experiences, present new ideas and think together about the road ahead.

As we look at the changing realities faced by children and communities, we are also thinking about how Butterflies can become more innovative and impactful in the years ahead.

Together, we plan, learn and work for a future where every child can grow, thrive and realise their potential.

Blue Umbrella Day 2026 at Dilli Haat, INA, New Delhi

An evening filled with powerful voices, creativity, and courage.

Children took the stage with street plays, songs, dance performances, and expressive paintings, spreading a strong message about protecting boys from abuse.

Their energy, confidence, and enthusiasm made it truly a sight to watch.

The Feedback Wall became a space of reflection, where visitors and children shared their thoughts, support, and commitment towards creating a safer world for children.

The blue umbrellas and vibrant atmosphere symbolized hope, protection, and collective action.

These glimpses capture moments of awareness, empathy, and change — led by children, for children.

Let’s continue the conversation. Let’s break the silence.

Boys suffer too.
