Draping Humanity in Dignity | A Humble Offering from Psalm Educational Trust & Unhad Foundation

On 12th April 2025, Psalm Educational Trust in collaboration with Unhad Foundation made a heartfelt contribution to The Earth Saviours Foundation, a home to over 1,200 abandoned, elderly, differently-abled, and mentally-challenged souls who have been left behind by society—but not by humanity.

We donated:

100 Gents suits

50 Tea-shirts

40 Kids garments

250 Ladies dupattas

10 Bed sheets

30 Sweaters & Woollens

500 Inner vests

This is not just clothing—it’s comfort, care, and a whisper of belonging to those who have long been forgotten. These items will bring not just physical warmth, but also emotional healing and human connection.

The Earth Saviours Foundation, led by selfless caretakers like Mukesh Pal and his team, continues to serve over a thousand lives with love, dignity, and unwavering dedication.

Let this be a reminder:
“It takes so little to give so much.”

📣 Event Recap: Activities in Slum - Studies, Food, Fun, and Frolic! 🎉

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the participants, volunteers, and supporters who made the "Activities in Slum - Studies, Food, Fun, and Frolic" event a tremendous success! 🙌

Hosted by Unhad in collaboration with JIIMS Rohini, this event brought together the slum community for a day filled with learning, joy, and togetherness. Here's a recap of the incredible experience we shared:

📚 Studies:
Participants engaged in interactive sessions and workshops on various subjects, such as literacy, numeracy, and life skills. Dedicated volunteers and educators from JIIMS Rohini created an environment conducive to learning and growth. We witnessed a remarkable enthusiasm for knowledge among attendees!

🍽️ Food:
The collaboration with local chefs and culinary experts resulted in a delightful culinary experience. Stalls offered a diverse range of delicious meals and snacks, allowing everyone to indulge in flavors while also learning about nutrition and healthy eating. The shared meals brought people closer together.

🎈 Fun:
Laughter and joy filled the air as participants immersed themselves in a variety of exciting activities. Games, sports, and cultural performances celebrated the rich heritage and talents within the slum community. The atmosphere was electric with positivity and camaraderie!

🎠 Frolic:
The amusement area became a hub of excitement for children and adults alike. Rides, face painting, and storytelling sessions provided an avenue for imagination and play. Unhad and JIIMS Rohini were delighted to witness the sheer happiness and dreams that lit up the faces of the young ones.

We want to express our deep appreciation to everyone who attended and contributed to the success of this event. Your presence and active participation created a memorable experience for all involved.

Unhad and JIIMS Rohini remain committed to empowering communities through education, engagement, and collaboration. Together, we have taken a significant step in creating a brighter future for the slum community.

WE DID IT!!!
