HCRA HCRA (Harmonious Children Rehabilitation Association) is a secular Non Government Organization, working in the field of Disability and Rehabilitation.

HCRA is moving towards addressing the larger areas of problems of children with disabilities and (other marginalized people) by attacking the root cause of health problem, controlling the incidence and cause of disability, elimination of stigma and other relevant social-economic concerns through, awareness, advocacy, and networking and rehabilitation services. The organization is very much concern

ed in regard to ensure rights and privileges of person with disabilities in light of Persons with disabilities (Equal Opportunity, Protection of rights and full participation) Act 1995, under the National Trust for the welfare of person with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mentally Challenged, Hearing Impairment, Multiple Disabilities Act,1999 and also with support of Non-Government Voluntary Organizations working in the area of disabilities.
