A new flight of has begun for girls in . ✨
In many villages, talent is never the problem.
Access is.
To bridge this gap, ISRA with the support of the JKCement, has initiated the Udaan Learning & Resource Centre in the Buxar district of — a step towards empowering young girls through competitive exam coaching, mentorship, and skill-building support.
📚 The initiative aims to support rural girls with:
✔ Free coaching for competitive examinations
✔ Academic mentoring and guidance
✔ Digital learning resources
✔ Career preparedness and confidence-building
✔ Safe and accessible learning spaces within the community
The enrolment process for 100 girls has already begun, with overwhelming participation from aspiring students across nearby villages.
From SSC and Banking to Railways and Police examinations — the centre is designed to help girls prepare for opportunities that can shape independent and dignified futures.
What makes this initiative truly meaningful is not just education, but the belief it instills:
that daughters from rural communities deserve equal access to dreams, opportunities, and success.🌱

From to 🌱✨
Stories of often begin with a simple decision—to try.

Meet Nikki Kaur, a 33-year-old woman from , district, Bihar, who chose to turn her aspirations into action.
Living with her two daughters and elderly in-laws, while her husband works in Kerala, Nikki wanted to contribute to her family’s income without compromising her responsibilities at home. What followed is a powerful journey of resilience and self-reliance.

Under the social impact initiative in the Buxar district of Bihar, implemented as part of the JK Cement Yadupati Singhania Initiative – Jeevika Project, Nikki enrolled in a tailoring and sewing training program.
And she didn’t stop there.
✔️ She set up her own home-based sewing center
✔️ Started stitching garments for her local community
✔️ Began earning ₹1,500–₹2,000 per month in the early stages

But beyond income, the real transformation lies in:
💪 Confidence to lead her own journey
🏡 Ability to balance family and livelihood
🌟 Becoming an inspiration for other women in her village

Nikki’s journey reflects what targeted skill development and community-based interventions can truly achieve—dignity, independence, and sustainable livelihoods.
Her story is not just about stitching clothes; it’s about stitching a new future.

On the birth anniversary of B. R. Ambedkar, we are reminded that true is not just about on paper—but about , , and in everyday life. 🇮🇳
Dr. Ambedkar envisioned an India where the most marginalized could stand with equal opportunity. Today, that vision continues to guide us—especially as the country moves toward greater representation through the Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam, ensuring women have a stronger voice in shaping our nation. 👩‍⚖️✨
At ISRA, we see this transformation unfolding on the ground. 🌱
Through our livelihood and employment interventions, we have supported thousands in accessing government schemes—translating policy into real impact. What stands out most is the participation of 4,895 women who have taken steps toward financial independence and self-reliance 💪💼 .
From:
🔹 MGNREGA job cards enabling income security 🛠️
🔹 MSME (Udyam) registrations fostering entrepreneurship 🚀
🔹 Mukhyamantri Mahila Udyami Yojana supporting women-led enterprises 👩‍💼
🔹Manav Kalyan Yojana
🔹 Skill-based initiatives like silai training 🧵
Each number represents a woman stepping forward—breaking barriers, building livelihoods, and shaping her own future. 🌟
This is where policy meets purpose. 🤝
While the Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam aims to strengthen women’s representation in governance 🏛️, initiatives on the ground ensure that women are equally empowered economically and socially—creating a holistic ecosystem of change. 🌍
Because real empowerment is not just about a seat at the table—
it is about the ability to speak, participate, and lead with confidence. 🗣️✨
As we celebrate Ambedkar Jayanti, let us reaffirm our commitment to building systems that are not just inclusive in intent, but inclusive in action. 🙌

🌿 3,326 Scheduled Tribe Individuals. One hashtag .
Jana Yojana Setu — a hashtag initiative by CMS Foundation, implemented on the ground by ISRA INDIA— is built on one simple belief: that welfare entitlements must reach the people they were designed for, not just exist on paper. We are doing something quietly powerful: bridging the gap between government welfare and the communities it was designed for.

🤝 In just a few months, our field teams have reached over 3,300 ST beneficiaries across the hashtag -hashtag belt of hashtag — 97% earning below ₹1 lakh annually — connecting them to schemes they were always entitled to, but never able to access.
Here's what that looks like on the ground:
🏥 586 Ayushman Health Cards activated
👩‍💼 556 women enrolled under Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana
🧵 286 tribal women empowered through the Silai Machine Yojana
📋 261 hashtagMSME/Udyam registrations — 88% of them hashtagwomen
🌾 130 hashtagfarmers formally registered under Kisan schemes
📄 1,000+ ration card corrections ensuring food security
And behind every number? A field worker. A tribal family. A life just a little more secure.
hashtagMaharashtra has declared 2026–27 as the Year of Social Equality and Harmony — Samajik Samta ani Samrasta Varsh. Jana Yojana Setu is our answer to that call.
🔗Jana Yojana Setu stands as proof that mission-driven hashtagpartnerships, when done right, does not duplicate government effort. It amplifies it.
When government hashtagschemes meet grassroots ex*****on, real change happens. That is what ISRA and CMS Foundation are here to do.

🏥 hashtag is a hashtag , Not a hashtag .
For millions, "quality healthcare" has long felt like a distant dream. But dreams are turning into reality on the ground.
Through the Jana Yojana Setu initiative—a flagship hashtag endeavor by the CMS Foundation—we are bridging the gap between life-saving hashtag and the people who need them most.

💡 Turning Policy into hashtagImpact
We are ensuring that families gain seamless access to the Mukhyamantri Sehat Yojana, providing:
🛡️₹10 Lakh medical cover per family.
🏥Cashless hashtagtreatment at empanelled hospitals.
💸Security against the crippling hashtagdebt often caused by medical emergencies.

🚀 The Journey to Jana Yojana Setu 2.0
The success of Phase 1 proved one thing: when you simplify the "how," people get the "help."
Now, we are scaling our efforts. With the launch of Jana Yojana Setu 2.0, our mission further expands into the Ferozepur district of hashtagPunjab.
As an Aspirational District, Ferozepur represents both a hashtagchallenge and a massive hashtagopportunity for hashtagtransformation. Our goal is clear: to ensure no resident is left behind due to a lack of hashtagawareness or hashtagdocumentation.

Reaching the Last Mile: From to Dignity in Ferozpur 🌾
In the aspirational district of , access to government welfare schemes often begins with a challenge many overlook—complete and correct documentation 📄.
Under the initiative of CMS Foundation, the Jana Yojana Setu program is bridging this very gap—ensuring that no deserving is left behind due to procedural barriers 🤝.
Soma, from village Kothe Sarain Singh, had long remained unaware and unserved by welfare entitlements.
During a community camp organized by the ISRA India team 🏕️, her journey toward accessing government support began.
Our team first worked closely with her to identify and correct gaps in her 🧾, ensuring that all necessary paperwork was complete and accurate. Only then was her application processed under the Ashirwad Scheme.
✨ The result?
A direct benefit of ₹51,000 💰—a crucial financial that brought immediate relief and dignity to her 🏡.

In her words:
"They provided great support in completing all my documents 📄… I received a benefit of ₹51,000 💰. I am very thankful to the ISRA India team & CMS Foundation🙏."

This story is not just about one beneficiary—it reflects a larger mission 🌍.

At Jana Yojana Setu, we believe that true last-mile delivery begins where meets , and access begins with 🔑.
From correcting records to facilitating applications, we are ensuring that welfare schemes translate into real impact on the ground 📈.

Sometimes, begins with a conversation at the doorstep. 🚪✨
In Brahampur, ( ), Shobha Devi’s aspirations were once paused by doubt within her own home. Stepping out for training wasn’t an easy “yes.”
Enter Ms. Rekha Yadav — a , a , and most importantly, someone from the same community. She didn’t just teach skills; she built trust.

And that made all the difference.
🌱 Shobha joined late, but never looked back
🌱 Turned learning into livelihood
🌱 Today, proudly runs her own beauty parlour & boutique
The most powerful moment?
Rekha — who once persuaded her family — inaugurated Shobha’s very own venture as the Chief Guest.
Two women.
One believed. One became.
Both transformed what was once “not possible” into reality.
Because real impact isn’t delivered — it’s grown within communities.
