एन टी पी सी लिमिटेड के बोंगाईगांव पावर प्रोजेक्ट द्वारा आयोजित संचार कार्यशाला में आज के तेजी से बदलते व्यावसायिक और मीडिया परिवेश में रणनीतिक संचार के बढ़ते महत्व को रेखांकित किया गया। कार्यशाला का उद्घाटन प्रोजेक्ट हेड, श्री अर्नब मैत्रा ने किया, जबकि अनुराग गुप्ता और रोशन डुंगडुंग ने भी अपने विचार साझा किए। वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि संचार अब केवल सूचना के आदान-प्रदान तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि यह संगठन की छवि निर्माण, हितधारकों के विश्वास को मजबूत करने और संचालन दक्षता को बढ़ाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है। समयबद्ध, जिम्मेदार और संगठनात्मक उद्देश्यों के अनुरूप संचार को एक प्रमुख आवश्यकता के रूप में रेखांकित किया गया।

कार्यशाला में शामिल मीडिया पेशेवरों और विशेषज्ञों श्री के. एम. प्रशांत (पूर्व महाप्रबंधक, कॉर्पोरेट संचार, एन टी पी सी लिमिटेड , श्री सचिन गोगोई (असम के प्रमुख क्षेत्रीय मीडिया संगठनों से जुड़े वरिष्ठ पत्रकार) तथा मीतु समरनाथ झा) मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी, ने इस बात पर बल दिया कि कॉर्पोरेट संचार को बदलते मीडिया परिदृश्य और दर्शकों की अपेक्षाओं के अनुरूप विकसित होना चाहिए। उन्होंने सुझाव दिया कि संगठनों को मीडिया से संवाद करते समय व्यापक दृष्टिकोण अपनाना चाहिए, ताकि संदेश न केवल सटीक हो बल्कि संदर्भानुकूल भी हो। पारदर्शिता, तत्परता और विश्वसनीयता को सकारात्मक सार्वजनिक छवि बनाए रखने के लिए अत्यंत आवश्यक बताया गया।

इसके अतिरिक्त, संगठनों के भीतर स्पष्ट और संरचित संचार की बढ़ती भूमिका पर भी विशेष जोर दिया गया। वक्ताओं ने कहा कि प्रभावी आंतरिक संचार संचालन में उत्कृष्टता प्राप्त करने का एक महत्वपूर्ण आधार है, जो बेहतर समन्वय, जवाबदेही और निर्णय-निर्माण को सुनिश्चित करता है। प्रतिभागियों को अपने दैनिक कार्यों में प्रभावी संचार प्रथाओं को अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित किया गया, ताकि आंतरिक दक्षता और बाहरी संवाद दोनों को सुदृढ़ किया जा सके।

कार्यशाला में डिजिटल उपकरणों और कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता के उपयोग, प्रतिष्ठा प्रबंधन तथा संकट संचार जैसे उभरते रुझानों पर भी प्रकाश डाला गया। विशेषज्ञों ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि संगठनों को अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों से निपटने के लिए सुविचारित और स्पष्ट संचार रणनीतियाँ तैयार रखनी चाहिए, ताकि हितधारकों का विश्वास बनाए रखा जा सके। सत्र का संचालन श्री मधुरज्योति सिंघा लहकर द्वारा किया गया। समग्र रूप से, कार्यशाला ने यह संदेश दिया कि आधुनिक संचार परिदृश्य में सफलता के लिए अनुकूलन क्षमता, स्पष्टता और रणनीतिक सोच अत्यंत आवश्यक हैं।
