Today, on 13th December 2025 at SHAPE India National Cordination Office ( NCO) Delhi certificates were distributed to women and adolescent girls under the SHAPE India Skill Education Program.
This program aims to empower women and young girls by enhancing their skills, improving employability, and building self-confidence for a better future. SHAPE India remains committed to creating sustainable livelihood opportunities and promoting inclusive development through skill-based education.

🌈 SHAPE India – Empowering Communities Through Livelihood Support 🌈
For the past 15 years, SHAPE India has been working for the sustainable development of the MSM and LGBTQI/TG community.
As part of this commitment, SHAPE India Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, organized a Micro-Business Equipment Distribution Program at the SHAPE India DIC, Bhiwandi.
✨ In the first batch, 25 individuals from the MSM/LGBTQI/TG community were selected and supported to start their own small businesses, helping them move towards self-reliance and dignity.
🛠️ Items distributed to 25 beneficiaries included:· Tailoring Machines · Makeup Kits · Vada Pav Cart Sets · Street Carts · Refrigerators · Flour Mill Machines

SHAPE India Laxmi Nagar project PRERNA working for MSM & TG population.
The SHAPE India PRERNA project runs different skill education programs from time to time for the MSM & TG population. The project has started a new batch of computer & makeup artist classes under the SHAPE India Life Skil Education program for TG & MSM population at SHAPE India project office Laxmi Nagar East Delhi from 29th November 2024.The classes will run for three months and it will be 5 days a week. The personality development classes are already continuing for the beneficiaries at the project office Laxmi Nagar East Delhi.

On 25th Oct 2024 SHAPE INDIA - Mumbai started a Moral & Skill Education Center for underprivileged children of High Risk Group Population at SHAPE India Project Office Chembur East Mumbai. On the occasion of innugaration Ms. Manda from USA also participated and she has interacted with the children and their mothers. Mr Surendra Giri Programme Director & Mrs Mikina Mohpatra Project Manger SHAPE India Project Office Chembur Mumbai also interected the children and some members of the Key Population. The Programme Director also explains in detail about the benefits and aim of the Moral & Skill Education Center. All children has introduced themselves and they shared their aim of LIFE.

SHAPE India celebrated International Women Day on 7th March 2024 at SHAPE India Mahila Panchayat Pulprhladpur Tuglkabaad & Sarita Vihar Delhi with collaboration of Delhi Commission for Women GNCT Delhi.

On 20th February 2024 SHAPE India Mahila Panchayat Pulprhladpur Tuglkabaad organized a Cervical Cancer Awareness & Screening testing Camp for women with the collaboration of Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute Delhi and Delhi Commission for Women ( DCW)GNCT Delhi at Chungi No 2 ,Lalkuan ,Tuglkabad Delhi. In this programme , Honorable Member and Incharge of all Mahila Panchayat programmes of Delhi Commission for Women GNCT Delhi Ms. Firdos Khan inaugurated this programme and made women aware about this disease and also advised to get tested regularly and explained the importance of this Carvical Cancer Awareness program and also she told the importance of the Screening Testing Camp for the women in the community.
