We are implementing a quality healthcare programme, 'Empowering Care through Technology,' which aims to provide Tuberculosis (TB) diagnostic equipment at the district hospital in Haryana, a CSR initiative of .

India bears the highest global burden of tuberculosis (TB), accounting for approximately 26–27% of worldwide cases. Although the incidence rate has decreased by 21% to 187 per lakh population by 2024, TB continues to pose a substantial public health challenge with high mortality rates. Primary factors contributing to this challenge include poverty, malnutrition, overcrowding, and comorbidities such as diabetes and HIV. The nation is actively pursuing TB elimination through expanded, nationwide screening and treatment initiatives.

As part of the CSR initiative, we provided comprehensive support for Truenat Machines designated for TB diagnosis at the district hospital in Haryana. This effort aims to improve early and accurate diagnosis, thereby facilitating the timely management of TB cases in high-burden districts. Additionally, capacity building and practical training were provided to laboratory technicians and relevant healthcare personnel on machine operations, biosafety protocols, troubleshooting, and reporting procedures via .

Together, we reaffirm our commitment towards a TB-free India.

A narrative of resilience emerges from rural Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh, driven by youth ambitions. Through Somany Ceramics Ltd.'s CSR, implemented by Third Planet Foundation for over four years, young people—especially women—gain skills, mentorship, and livelihood opportunities.

Initially, small steps like training and earning evolve into ventures like vocational training, entrepreneurship, and income generation. These young changemakers are reshaping communities, building confidence, turning ideas into action, and inspiring future generations—showing strength, dignity, and independence.

Beyond individual success, families gain security, mindsets shift positively, and communities see youth as leaders. This initiative goes beyond skills; it unlocks potential, fosters independence, and prepares youth for sustainable, inclusive futures.

It's more than a program; it’s a movement for empowerment — skills create opportunities, opportunities foster change, and change builds resilient communities.

Sustainability is core, not just in skills but in methodology—training, mentoring, connecting youth to markets, and leveraging local resources for lasting livelihoods.

The CSR film tells this story, emphasizing partnership and potential. Created by Braided Story, it celebrates confidence, skill-building, and pathways to sustainability. We thank the team for capturing these stories of change with authenticity and dedication.

It was our pleasure to host the leadership team at the community handover ceremony for the CSR initiative focused on Water Conservation through Borewell Recharge in Pune, Maharashtra. The program emphasizes the promotion of groundwater management by addressing water depletion in multiple identified borewells within Pune, Maharashtra.

The leadership team of Diversey India underscored the project's CSR vision and objectives. The beneficiaries expressed their appreciation for the support provided and expressed gratitude to Diversey India, noting that the initiative is contributing to groundwater recharge, thereby assisting them in meeting their overall water requirements, including agricultural, drinking, and utility needs.

The Gram Panchayat, project beneficiaries, families, the community, Third Planet Foundation, and the SGS India team were also present during the event.

Under the project, we recharged 50 failed, dry, and low-yielding community borewells using innovative, patented Bore Recharge Technology. This approach optimises recharge to borewells, thereby elevating water tables in underlying aquifers, increasing borewell capacity, and, in many cases, enhancing water quality.
We express our gratitude to our technical partner, SGS India, for the support rendered during the implementation of the water conservation initiative.

This Unique and Patented Technology can convert all “Abstraction Only” Borewells into “Recharge & Abstraction” structures, thereby improving sustainability, livelihoods, and drinking water security.

Overall, the program’s implementation will potentially increase groundwater levels, thereby boosting crop yields, improving livestock health, reducing reliance on tanker water, and enhancing household resilience, ultimately supporting economic stability in water-scarce communities.

We acknowledge and appreciate Diversey India's social investment in the water conservation initiative, which is an urgent and critical necessity.

In the fiscal year 2025-26, we implemented a Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) initiative in government schools in and around Mumbai, Maharashtra, as part of Aamara Capital Private Limited’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.

The program aimed to enhance health, education, and dignity among school-going girls by providing sanitation infrastructure, education, and access to safe products.

This program addressed the critical issue of menstrual hygiene management in educational institutions. Menstruation is a natural physiological process experienced by adolescent girls and women; however, the absence of adequate facilities, information, and resources frequently results in adverse outcomes, such as health risks, disruption to education, and social stigmatization. The project aimed to enhance menstrual hygiene management through the implementation of comprehensive interventions, including awareness campaigns, infrastructure development, and capacity-building initiatives. By promoting menstrual hygiene, we sought to empower girls, safeguard their health and well-being, and enable their full participation in education and society.

Menstrual hygiene management remains a considerable challenge in numerous schools and communities. Insufficient access to clean and private sanitation facilities, safe water, sanitary products, and proper information about menstruation contribute to negative consequences for girls and women, including health complications, absenteeism from school, diminished academic performance, and social exclusion.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Aamara Capital for their support of this essential initiative aimed at Menstrual Hygiene Management.
