A proud moment as we celebrated 5 years of Project TechConnect and witnessed the launch of Navjyoti’s Virtual Skills Academy in the presence of Hon’ble Dr. Kiran Bedi Ma’am.

In partnership with Navjyoti India Foundation, Ujjwal Welfare Trust is empowering community youth through Digital Literacy, Tablet Training, STPP, AI, Digital Marketing and Skill Development.

With 30+ youth trained and placed, this celebration was a true reflection of what partnership and skilling can achieve.

Proud to contribute towards youth empowerment and the vision of Viksit Bharat. 🇮🇳

Transforming Lives Series | Episode 6: Gorakh Devi's Journey to Empowerment💙

From struggling to keep her small grocery shop stocked to becoming an inspiration for other women, Gorakh Devi's journey reflects the transformative power of opportunity, resilience, and community support.

With the guidance of Ujjwal Welfare Trust's Self-Help Group (SHG) and financial assistance from Learning Links Foundation and Navjyoti India Foundation, Gorakh Devi expanded her business, strengthened her family's financial stability, and continues to support the education of her three daughters.

Today, her impact extends beyond her own home. She actively encourages other women in her community to join Self-Help Groups, demonstrating how access to financial resources and the right support can create lasting change.

Her story reminds us that empowering women is not just about improving livelihoods, it's about creating confident leaders, stronger families, and more resilient communities.

Our BIS Consumer Awareness Session equipped participants with the knowledge to identify certified products, verify Hallmark (HUID), use the BIS Care App, understand consumer rights, and report counterfeit goods.

Because informed consumers create safer communities.

Our ICT classes have commenced, creating opportunities for students to learn, explore, and grow through technology.

With access to computers, an ICT Lab, and guided learning, students are building digital literacy, confidence, and essential skills for the future. Every lesson is a step towards helping young learners become future-ready in an increasingly digital world.

We sincerely thank the Government Schools and Navjyoti India Foundation for their valuable support and collaboration in making this initiative possible.

💚 Healthy Liver, Healthy Life

Ujjwal Welfare Trust successfully conducted a Liver Health Awareness Session for 35–40 women, focusing on healthy eating, hygiene, and simple lifestyle habits that can help prevent fatty liver, hepatitis, and other liver-related diseases.

A heartfelt thank you to The Liver Care Foundation for partnering with us and sharing valuable knowledge that empowers women to make informed health choices for themselves and their families.
