Kshatriya Parishad strongly condemns the recent Jalaun assault on a Dalit youth, wherein the accused Nora Chaturvedi was filmed invoking Maharana Pratap's name for his vile act.

This is yet another instance of non-Rajputs appropriating Rajput history for their own politics.

Such repeated appropriations necessitate a separate Kshatriya Commission to protect the community's rights and preserve its history from appropriations by anti-social elements.

Just as Sikh scholars have a definitive say on use of Sikh history, Muslim scholars have the constitutional bodies and academic institutions to oppose misuse of their History - the Rajput (Kshatriya) community deserves similar academic institutions to protect their history from misuse by others.

We pay homage to noted philanthropist Sardar Jang Bahadur Singhji Parmar, with whose efforts Gurudwara Shri Kartarpur Sahib in Pakistan was once again reopened in 2001, 54 years after the partition. Apart from renovating the building of Gurudwara Sahib, he had purchased the adjoining 47 acres of land for the sikh pilgrims. Yesterday, was his first death anniversary.

On the Jayanti of Maharaja Kamakhya Narayan Singh, we pay tribute to the last Maharaja of Ramgarh Raj and a distinguished public figure. He successfully hosted 53rd session of INC at Ramgarh in 1940 and was the largest land donor in Bhoodan, donating 2 lakh acres.

Kshatriya Parishad pays homage to Malik Khizr Hayat Tiwana sahab, the tallest Rajput (kshatriya) leader of United Punjab in pre-partition India - the founder of the Unionist Party who resisted partition designs of the communal forces on both sides of the religious divide. The 7th August marked his jayanti.

The Tiwanas of Shahpur are one of the many Parmar lineages of Punjab.

Kshatriya Parishad pays heartfelt tribute to Shri Umashankar Singh Sengar (2 January 1971 – 5 August 2026), three-time MLA from Rasra, Ballia.

A people’s politician who stood for dignity, restraint, and public service. A symbol of Rajput–Dalit unity and rural empowerment.

His life will continue to inspire generations.

We pay tribute to Dr. Hanwant Singh Doad, an internationally renowned atmospheric scientist from Punjab's Doaba. An IIT Delhi & University of Pittsburgh alumnus, he built a distinguished career at NASA Ames Research Center & was honoured with NASA's Distinguished Service Medal. Born to a Doad Rajput family, his life must be inspiration to the Kshatriya youth.

The Kshatriya community must stay away from "GC vs Bahujan" binary nor should its politics be defined by the agendas of competing ideological blocs. Our concerns are distinct: meaningful EWS reforms, sub-categorisation, fair representation in public institutions, and the protection of Kshatriya history and dignity.

We appeal to Kshatriya youth to develop an independent political and intellectual outlook, and to prioritise the community's legitimate interests over partisan alignments. — Kshatriya Parishad

Today, we pay homage to K. Chainsingh Parmar (Balidan Diwas : 24 July), Mian Dido Jamwal (his jayanti was 26th July), Kalyan Singhji Kalvi (Nirwan diwas: 27 July).

The kshatriya youth must imbibe the spirit of questioning the system and its demerits, rather than subscribe to conformity like the kamandal generation. Even today, the larger society and the community remembers rebels over those who are subservient. Make yourself count in the democracy.
