Some voices make you pause.
This Earth Day, Raul, the AI Kid of India, shared a perspective on the planet, technology, and the choices we’re making today.
Because the future we’re building is shaped by what we choose now.

Change looks a lot like this.
Students stepping out, taking responsibility, and getting their hands dirty, literally.
This Earth Day, we were in Harkesh Nagar, Okhla with students from Delhi Police Public School and Tagore International School for a cleanliness drive that turned awareness into action.
They came together to clean, sort, and engage with the community,
With our partners Tecno Mobile, this is what “Our Power, Our Planet” looks like in action.

This Earth Day, we’re thinking about what happens after we’re done with the things we use?
With technology becoming a bigger part of our everyday lives, This question matters more than ever.

Through voices like Aalekh’s, we’re reminded that awareness isn’t just about knowing, it’s about paying attention and making more conscious choices.

“Our Power, Our Planet,” is a simple reminder that change begins with that awareness and what we choose to do with it.

This initiative did not originate from a formal lesson plan, rather, it was shaped by students who sought to carry meaningful conversations beyond the classroom into public spaces, creating opportunities for people to pause, reflect and engage.

What followed was not simply a performance, but a moment of shared attention and connection.

The effort was led by students from ASN Senior Secondary School, S.L. Suri DAV Public School, Darbari Lal DAV Public School, and Modern School, Barakhamba Road.

We often think change has to be big to matter.

But most of it starts quietly. With how we sort our waste. What we choose to repair instead of replace. Where our old devices end up instead of a drawer they never leave.

Small choices, made consistently, add up to something real.

This Earth Day, the theme "Our Power, Our Planet" isn't just a slogan. It's a reminder that the power to shift things doesn't sit somewhere out there, it already exists with each of us.

The question is just whether we use it.

Amidst all the bad, the planet still has hope.
This Earth Day, the theme is "Our Power, Our Planet" and it means exactly what it says. The responsibility doesn't sit only with governments or corporations. It sits with every choice, every habit, every small refusal to look away.
Progress doesn't always look like a policy change. Sometimes it looks like a student picking up a mic. Sometimes it looks like a school showing up on a Saturday morning to clean up their neighbourhood.
Don't just celebrate progress this Earth Day. Contribute to it.
Start small. Start now. Start somewhere.

India is the world’s third-largest e-waste generator, after the United States and China, producing over 1.5 million metric tonnes every year. Yet, a significant share of this waste remains outside formal recycling systems, increasing environmental and public health risks.

Bajaj Foundation is working to bridge this gap through pan-India awareness workshops, promoting responsible disposal via regular e-waste collection drives, and empowering young people to become active participants in environmental stewardship.
