Creating dignity through service

Acharya Anita is constantly involved in doing spiritual and social work through the Sarvha Foundation to change and welfare the lives of people. Like many of us, Acharya Anita's life was also filled with struggle and she saw many ups & downs in the lives of people around her as well, which is when she thought about creating a foundation that aids in the spiritual progress in the lives of people and can help in the upliftment of the needy. This foundation is actively assisting people and continuously working to build happiness in their lives, ensuring that everyone has access to basic amenities to live a safe and peaceful life. For a long time before laying the foundation of the Sarvha Foundation in 2015 Acharya Anita worked for the betterment of society personally. The Sarvha Foundation is a charitable trust incorporated under 12A and 80G with registration number: 1792, which is a non-profit and non-governmental organization. The Sarvha Foundation is working in various sections of the society, by organizing free health check-up camps, working for social upliftment by organizing stitching & knitting classes, and free computer education sessions for skill development and self-employment of women scheme for free computer education. Along with which free yoga & meditation programs are also organized from time to time.

For many years, Sarvha Foundation has been dedicated to promoting a greener Delhi NCR through tree planting initiatives and motivating communities to care for our environment. 🌱💚

And this year, we continue the mission with renewed commitment! 🌳

Our Founder Trustee, Acharya Anita, took the first step by planting saplings and setting the movement in motion. 🌿

Let’s come together, this is for healthier environment, and a greener tomorrow.

Through Nurturing Two Souls, Sarvha Foundation is encouraging a holistic approach to pregnancy—where emotional wellbeing is valued just as much as physical health.

We’re grateful to our healthcare experts for supporting this initiative and reinforcing an important message: when a mother feels emotionally supported, she is better equipped to nurture the life growing within her.

It's time we stop asking only, "Is the baby healthy?" and start asking, "How is the mother?"

Join Nurturing Two Souls—a movement to make emotional wellbeing an essential part of maternal care. Together, let's create a future where every expecting mother feels heard, supported, and empowered.

Be the voice. Be the change. Join the movement.

Sarvha Foundation was honoured to be part of the Sanjha Suneha event under the Yudh Nasheyan Virudh campaign, joining fellow NGOs in a collective effort to combat drug abuse in Punjab.

During the session, Acharya Anita Ji emphasized that addressing addiction requires more than awareness—it calls for sustained mental and emotional wellbeing support, compassionate guidance, and holistic healing. Building resilient minds is essential to creating lasting change.

Together, through collaboration, awareness, and community action, we can empower individuals to choose hope, healing, and a healthier future.

This World Environment Day, Acharya Anita spent meaningful moments with the residents of Sandhya old age home (RK Puram, New Delhi) celebrating not only our responsibility towards nature but also our responsibility towards one another. 🌿💚

The day was marked by thoughtful interactions, shared experiences, and heartfelt conversations on the importance of living in harmony with the environment and nurturing compassion in our communities.

A reminder that caring for the world around us begins with kindness, awareness, and meaningful human connections. 🌱✨

You can be happy… ✨
and still feel overwhelmed sometimes.

You can feel grateful… 🤍
and still have moments of doubt.

You can be excited… 🌿
and still feel unsure.

That’s true for many phases of life.
And even more so in motherhood.

This Mother’s Day, we’re opening up conversations around what motherhood really feels like—in all its beauty, complexity, and emotion.

Because every part of the journey deserves to be understood.

Growing green isn’t just an initiative—it’s a responsibility. 🌱
When the earth gives so freely, it’s only right that we give back with care, intention, and action. Every tree planted is more than just a sapling—it’s a promise for cleaner air, stronger communities, and a more sustainable tomorrow.

Together, step by step, we can nurture a future where nature and humanity thrive in harmony. 💚
