Feeling low? You're not alone.

Saathi Support is a free, campus-based peer support programme for students going through a tough time and feeling low in mood.

What is Saathi Support?
Many college students face challenges such as academic deadlines, social pressures, relationship or family problems, financial worries, and concerns about the future. When these challenges build up, they can affect mood and daily functioning.

The Saathi Support Programme was created for college students who feel they need extra support in managing these difficulties.
It involves meeting with a trained student peer (called a "Saathi") who acts as a guide in learning and practising positive coping skills.

The programme is being offered as a part of the METROPOLIS research project at selected campuses in Delhi-NCR.
If you have any questions, you can contact a member of our research team at [email protected] or +918287900620.
