On the 24th of May, 2026, Vriddha Mitra Community Officers facilitated the health check-up of nearly 200 elderly from all over the city in a Mega Health Camp organized by the Shrimant Dagdusheth Halwai Ganpati Trust held in Pune city. Each of the Community Officers and Cluster Coordinators facilitating the accessibility of these vital services to the elderly also received a certificate recognizing their efforts from the trust.

Our dedicated teams worked with partners to conduct free basic health check-ups and medical consultation, distribute medicines and per medical prescriptions, and hold community awareness sessions on hypertension focusing on effects and prevention.

What moved us most was the active participation and heartfelt appreciation from our elderly —many shared how this care brought them comfort, confidence, and hope.
