We are pleased to announce the launch of two books compiled at Dattopant Thengadi Foundation. Both the works are rooted in Bharatiya Darshan of labour and welfare.

For a very long-time, specially in the academic circles - it has been a dominant feeling that the very concept of labour welfare/labour legislations started in the European continent.

These works debunk the narrative. The Handbook presents the labour legislations from ancient India that resonate with contemporary labour codes in India and international labopur standards of International Labour Organization while the book on labour policy presents and vouches for a Human/labour centric policy suitable to the evolving ages rooted in bharatiya darshan.

It is with great pleasure that we note that the Dattopant Thengadi Foundation has signed a MoU with the Nalanda University. Sh. Virjesh Upadhyay - DG, DTF and Dr. Sachin Chaturvedi, Vice Chancellor of Nalanda University signed the Memorendum of behalf of the respective institutions.

Sh. B. Surendran Ji All India organising secretay rBharatiya Mazdoor Sangh was also present along side Sh. R K Parihar Ji, Registrar of the University. Faculty from both institutions joined the singing ceremony and discussed the modalities of the MoU.

With this the two institutions are set to work collaboratively in the domain of Indian knowledge systems aligning with labour & economy. We look forward to positive research and dissemination in coming times.
