Congratulations to Anurag Parashar (B.Tech CSE 2020-24) for being awarded the prestigious Prakhar Dua Scholarship at USICT College! 🎓

Mr Prakhar Dua(1993-2021), son of Dinesh Dua was a student of B.Tech (IT of 2013-2017) of USICT. Due to an unfortunate accident we lost Prakhar in April, 2021. The family and friend of Prakhar,to honour his memory has introduced a recurring Annual scholarship of INR 75,000/- for the B.Tech students of USICT with the USICT Alumni Committee facilitating the coordination. Since Prakhar had always been an individual inclined towards extra curricular with extra interest in music and sports, the proposal was to award the Scholarship to a B.Tech 3rd year student who can be deemed as the Best All- Rounder.

We are thrilled to share the highlights of a truly delightful event that took place on Monday, May 22nd! The Alumni Round Table event, organized by the USICT alumni committee, brought together alumni from various graduating batches to reconnect, share experiences, and gain valuable insights. It was a fantastic opportunity for us to strengthen our bonds and foster professional growth. 🎓🌟

One of the most significant moments of the event was the award ceremony of the Prakhar Dua Scholarship. Established in memory of our brilliant alumnus, Prakhar Dua, this scholarship aims to recognize exceptional academic achievements and extracurricular activities. We were honored to have Prakhar Dua's Father and Brother present the scholarship to this year's recipient, Mr. Anurag Parashar. It was a truly touching and inspiring moment. 🏆🙏

The Alumni Round Table event continued with engaging panel discussions, networking opportunities, and interactive sessions. Distinguished alumni like Mr. Kapil Yadav, Mr. Dhruv Sethi, Mr. Prateek Singhal, and Mr. Rajat Maheshwari graced us with their presence, sharing valuable insights on various topics, including AI, software, virtual reality, and cloud computing. Nostalgia 2022, the 3rd USICT Alumni Meet, was a blockbuster full of promo, fun and enthusiasm! The Alumni fondly recollected their good old memories of the campus, professors and delectable food experience that are relatable to them even now!

Nostalgia 2022 had an overwhelming response with over 150+ Alumni of USICT gracing the event. The event saw Alumni from the very first batch to some of the recent come together to celebrate and connect!

The event kicked off with whole heartedly welcoming of the Alumni back to their campus. IAS Mr. Bhupesh Chaudhary (also an alumnus, 1999-03 batch) was invited as the Chief Guest. To add some laughter and giggles to the gala evening, the comedian, Mr. Mohit Dudeja performed a stand up. The night ended with Alumni and professors grooving at the DJ and relishing delish dinner.

The USICT Alumni Committee stands in awe to the love and fervor shown by the alumni and promises to make the event even grander next time around.

Tech - CSE, Batch of 2023) is the inventor of the Published Patent titled 'Aatmanirbhar App for Senior Citizen and Physically Challenged People' in the 'International Conference on Innovations and Ideas towards Patents 2021' organized by Indira Gandhi Technical University for Woman, Delhi.

The International Conference on Innovation and Ideas towards Patents (ICIIP-2021) is organized with the objective of bringing together innovative scientists, professors, research scholars, students, and industrial experts in the field of Technology and Management to a common forum.
