Today, on Menstrual Hygiene Day and the International Day of Action for Women’s Health, we hit the pitch to deliver our partner Coaches Across Continents game, “Time of the Month”!

True health requires Dignified Menstruation. Menstrual blood 🩸 is what allows human life to exist in this universe—it is a natural, healthy process, never a cause for shame, weakness, or social restrictions. To fully protect women’s health, we must build an environment completely free from menstrual discrimination, taboos, and enforced silence throughout a person’s entire life cycle.

Through purposeful play, our youth and women’s are moving beyond basic hygiene to prove that breaking stereotypes is a team sport. Because real teammates don’t let stigma bench their friends!

Let’s share the facts, break the silence, and demand dignity for every menstruator! 🌍✨

Looking back at where this chapter began! 🌱

It’s hard to believe it has already been four months since we started Khelnetri Program. As we see the incredible progress our beneficiaries are making today, we are reflecting on these early moments when we stepped into the community to conduct our initial baseline assessments.

Sitting down for these one-on-one conversations—listening to the youth entering the program and the families supporting them—gave us the exact foundation we needed.

We are so grateful to the community for welcoming us into their homes and sharing their stories back then. The solid foundation we built together is exactly what drives our impact today!

Learning your rights shouldn’t be a chore—it should be a game! ⚽🧩 This month, our incredible leaders are bringing education to the field with an interactive game designed to teach children their fundamental rights.

In proud collaboration with Coaches Across Continents, we are using the power of sport for development to spread awareness joyfully and effortlessly. Through our Purposeful Play for CHILDSAFE Education campaign, kids are discovering their rights the best way possible: by playing! 🌍✨

Every child deserves to be safe, heard, and empowered. Let’s play with purpose! 💙

We recently had an incredible time facilitating a sports-based Training of Trainers (ToT) session in partnership with the Martha Farrell Foundation

On March 16th, our facilitators led an engaging workshop for amazing participants, including Pehalkars (women domestic workers) and KBC leaders. The energy was unmatched, and everyone truly enjoyed the learning by doing approach with participatory games and activities!

Through sports-based learning methods, we explored how to integrate activities to facilitate discussions on discrimination, violence, gender, and socialisation. It was powerful to demonstrate how sports can be used for community mobilisation and collectivisation.

A big thank you to Martha Farrell Foundation for collaborating with us for this impactful day in Delhi! 🙌

More than just a game! ⚽✨

This International Women’s Day, under the Khelnetri program's 'Give to Gain' theme, the incredible women of Tahirpur and Sonia Camp came together for a beautiful friendly football match! We kicked things off with a fun warm-up, and soon the field was alive with passing, penalty kicks, goals, and endless smiles.

There were no winners or losers today—just a shared love for the game, new friendships built, and barriers broken. Seeing the pride on their faces as they received their very first medals for stepping onto the pitch was truly magical.

Here’s to playing, connecting, and empowering each other! 🏅💛
