“Money is not the only commodity that is fun to give. We can give time, we can give our expertise, we can give our love, or simply give a smile. What does that cost? The point is, none of us can ever run out of something worthwhile to give.

I am Lokesh, I live in Sarai kale khan. I am pursuing my 3rd year of graduation from S.O.L. Delhi university.I am a volunteer from two of the slums in Bahalolpur and 2nd volunteer is Aman. When we visited 1st-time Bahalolpur, we saw most of the families don't earn enough so that they can send their children to school only a few children were used to going to school but because of Covid lockdown everything was stopped.
At that time they didn't have basic knowledge of English, Maths, and Social Sciences, then we decided to teach them. Aman and I have been teaching for 8 months.
Everything was not easy without the help of Charity United and Badlti Soch Charity Foundation, they guide us on how to deal with children so that they can always get interested to learn, and they provided us everything we need to start class i.e. Whiteboard, carpet, flashcards, copies, pencils, pens, markers, etc. so that everything can start smoothly and they take care of everything whatever we needed.
We started with flashcards so that they can understand easily with certainty, then we are using books. Now the situation is quite better, now they can make simple sentences. Few students that had started school again are getting a high percentage.
Thank You Charity United and Badlti Soch Charity Foundation.
