Because today—May 28—is globally recognized as Menstrual Hygiene Day, localized distribution drives like this make a massive, immediate difference.
The Bhati Mines area, located near Chhatarpur on the edge of Delhi, houses many families where open conversations about reproductive health and consistent access to safe period products can still be major hurdles. Drives like this do more than just hand out sanitary pads; they help chip away at the stubborn social taboos that often keep women and young girls from managing their periods with dignity and safety.
