The answer extends beyond GDP. Currency stability, infrastructure, geopolitical positioning, energy security, water availability and ecological resilience will increasingly determine whether economic scale can translate into durable national prosperity.

Start with the paradox in the numbers themselves. Real GDP grew 7.8% in the June quarter, the fastest start to a fiscal year in four years, with manufacturing up 9.2% and investment up nearly 12%...........Click on the link ahead to read the complete blog https://focusglobalreporter.org/redecoding-the-weight-of-38-trillion/

๐Ÿ’ง Can Indiaโ€™s AI infrastructure growth be decoupled from water consumption? Microsoftโ€™s new India South Central data-centre region in Hyderabad is putting that question at the centre of the digital infrastructure conversation. Designed for effectively zero-water cooling, the facility combines high-efficiency mechanical cooling, direct-to-chip liquid cooling and closed-loop systems, alongside renewable electricity, groundwater recharge, rainwater harvesting and watershed resilience initiatives.

With AI driving unprecedented demand for computing capacity, the Hyderabad model points towards a broader shift: data centres may need to optimise not only for computing power and energy efficiency, but also for water resilience.

But the larger question remains can rapid digital expansion become compatible with the water realities of Indian cities?
