A sneak peek into Baithak 6.0 GOONJ

Our founder along with his mentor were at Goonj on 14th and 15th October for this year’s Baithak conference.

It was highly enriching listening to various individual’s from social impact sector coming from different walks of life with diverse dreams. They had a blissful experience listening to sharing insights into his and Goonj’s journey and learning from them. They left with altered perspectives, bewitched with 's humble demeanour. The conversations with everyone left them even more motivated, and with a lot of feedback to work on.

Gratitude cannot suffice the immense love and respect that we have for you. Through your constant guidance, you have helped us grow each day. You have kept Maan Foundation in your thoughts and always wanted us to achieve great success.
Your genuine desire of improving the conditions at the community level was reflected in your advice as an elder brother. I have learnt a lot from you and that is one of the reasons why Maan could thrive in the last year.

Thank you so much for being there for Maan Foundation even before its conception. From providing baby milk powder to ration for Didis, you have been there for the community by all means possible. You have always been one of our greatest motivators.

It has been more than three years since we know each other. I am grateful to be in the company of a person like you. I am proud of the fact that I know a person like you who has taken up the colossal task of walking 21000km for people whom you may or may not meet in life. It takes a pure human heart filled with empathy to do what you are doing.

It would not be an exaggeration to say that you are the best person in our lives. Maan family and I have always gained from your insight, advice and suggestions.

No great monument was built in a day; they were conceived brick by brick with multitude of efforts. Without those initial donations and unconditional support, we wouldn’t have been able to push ourselves to keep reaching for the sky. Since day 1 to day 365, the love we receive is our source of motivation and we couldn’t be more thankful.

You have been part of the Maan family for the last 9 months and, during this time, your contribution has been crucial for bringing Maan where it is today.

You chose to believe in us and work for our cause when Maan and I needed such affirmation.

You have been taking tasks head-on, irrespective of the amount of hard work it demanded. Your go-getter attitude has been infectious.
