Celebrating the 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 of a cohort of 120 trained candidates at Khawa Rani Ji, Jamwa Ramgarh, Jaipur, Rajasthan, under the 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗿 – 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 through 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺 𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁, supported by Mahindra Farm Equipment.

Equipped with hands-on tractor training, these beneficiaries are now better prepared to access sustainable livelihood opportunities in the agriculture sector.

The event was graced by Avilash Dwivedi, D.C. Trivedi, Yogendra Singh, Paduranga Chavan, representing Mahindra & Mahindra, along with Dr. Sonali Shrivastava, representing Centum Foundation and Sarpanch Shanti Devi, who encouraged continued efforts towards rural empowerment.

𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴
A recent cohort marked its successful completion with a 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 for the 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 under the Sonata IT Skilling Program, in collaboration with Sonata Software, at Sai Vidya Institute of Technology, Bengaluru.

Over 60 learners have successfully completed the program, building capabilities in data analysis, interpretation, and problem-solving—skills that are increasingly critical in today’s digital economy.

Aligned with evolving industry requirements, the initiative continues to strengthen workforce readiness and expand access to sustainable career opportunities for aspiring youth.

Celebrating the successful completion of a recent cohort with a 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 for the 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗗𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝟯𝟲𝟱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 under the 𝗦𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗜𝗧 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, in collaboration with Sonata Software, at Akshaya Institute of Technology, Tumkur.

70+ learners have completed their training journey, equipped with in-demand digital skills and the confidence to step into the workforce. The initiative continues to open meaningful career pathways for aspiring youth.

As these learners transition from training to opportunity, the focus remains on enhancing employability and creating sustainable impact through technology-led skilling.

As part of the 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗿 – 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵, supported by Mahindra Powerol, learners at the Ghaziabad centre engaged in a chart-based learning activity designed to reinforce technical concepts through visual expression.

By illustrating key elements from engine repair and assembly line operations, participants demonstrated growing subject clarity, communication, and job-readiness – all critical for careers in the automotive sector.

With 500+ learners currently enrolled across Barabanki and Ghaziabad, the programme continues to build structured, employment-oriented skill development aligned with industry needs.

As part of 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗿 – 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵, in collaboration with Mahindra Powerol, a plantation drive was conducted at a college campus at Barabanki to mark Mahindra Volunteering Day.

The activity encouraged learners and volunteers to reflect on the importance of environmental responsibility alongside skill development — reinforcing the idea that employability and sustainability go hand in hand in building resilient communities.

A certification ceremony marked the successful completion of a recent batch in Dibrugarh, Assam under the 𝗬𝗘𝗦 – 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 Project, supported by YES FOUNDATION.
320 candidates were trained across 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 (𝗚𝗗𝗔) and 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 (𝗠𝗣𝗔) roles, with 80% successfully placed—reflecting strong industry alignment and employability outcomes.

The event was graced by Rituparna Baruah and Sujan Das, from YES BANK Dibrugarh, along with Rekhit Lawaniya and Pallabi Saikia from Centum, with strong participation from employers, stakeholders and parents.

During the ceremony, over 37% of the cohort received job offer letters, marking their transition into the workforce.

Candidates also showcased their practical skills through live demonstrations — including medical equipment handling, a community health check-up camp, theatrical performances, and a mocktail-making presentation.

A 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 in Lucknow marked the successful completion of another cohort under the 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗪𝗘𝗘) initiative, part of Kaabil – Empowering Women Through Jobs, in collaboration with Mahindra Group.
The event brought together 450+ candidates from Lucknow, Mirzapur, and the Employability Enhancement Training (EET) program— celebrating their transition from skilling to workforce readiness.

The ceremony was graced by Tausif Siddiqui from Mahindra & Mahindra, along with Robin Sinha, Rekhit Lawaniya, Neeraj Pandey, Pallabi Saikia, Prakhar Prabhat, Sandhali Pathak, and Raghavendra Singh representing Centum Foundation, reaffirming a shared commitment to expanding livelihood opportunities for women.

Candidates trained in roles such as 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁, 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗸, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 showcased their skills through live demonstrations,. A job fair held alongside the event enabled participants to connect with employers and explore employment opportunities. As a part of the program the candidates have registered themselves in the Kaabil Application platform for seeking better job opportunities.

A recent convocation under 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗿 – 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵, supported by Mahindra Powerol, marked another milestone in preparing youth for opportunities in the automotive and power equipment sector.

Across Barabanki and Ghaziabad, a total of 530 youth have enrolled in the program. Out of these, 230 have been trained in genset engine repair and 300 in assembly line operations, equipping them with practical, industry-relevant skills. Of the total, 376 candidates have been successfully placed.

The event was graced virtually by Saswati Samal, Head CSR Mahindra Powerol, reinforcing the shared commitment to strengthening employability and sustainable livelihoods.

The 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 for 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗿 – 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗩 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿, supported by Mahindra Last Mile Mobility, marked another milestone in preparing youth for careers in the rapidly growing electric mobility ecosystem.

Across Hyderabad and Lucknow, a total of 520 youth have enrolled in the program, all of whom have been successfully trained in EV servicing and customer engagement roles—creating a strong talent pool for the evolving EV industry. Out of these, 376 candidates have been placed successfully.

The event was graced by Manoj Sahai, Vivek Shrivastav, and S. Madhu kumar, reflecting a shared commitment to strengthening employability and enabling sustainable livelihoods.

As part of the 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗿 – 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺 𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁, in collaboration with Mahindra Farm Equipment, trainees visited the Mahindra Tractor Plant in Bagru, Jaipur for an industry exposure and certification ceremony.

Another batch of 40 trainees received their certificates and permanent driving licenses — further strengthening pathways to employment in farm mechanization and allied sectors.

The visit also provided first-hand exposure to plant operations, technical processes, and potential career pathways within the manufacturing ecosystem.

The ceremony was graced by Paduranga Chavan (Plant Head) and Yogendra Singh (Senior Manager – Plant Engineering) from the Mahindra team, along with Dr. Sonali Shrivastava from Centum Foundation, reinforcing the role of industry partnerships in enabling sustainable rural livelihoods.

A proud milestone as learners graduated from the 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗗𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝟯𝟲𝟱 batches under the 𝗦𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗜𝗧 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, in collaboration with Sonata Software, at Rishi M S Institute of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad.

125+ students successfully completed the program,combining technical training with structured soft skills development. With 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟰𝟱% 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, the initiative reflects strong alignment with industry demand and emerging technology careers.

This milestone reinforces the role of focused industry partnerships in enabling job-ready talent for the evolving digital economy.
