भारत निर्यातक फोरम का शुभारम्भ स्वदेशी शोध संस्थान में हुआ साथ ही एक दिवसीय बैठक का आयोजन किया गया जिसमें निर्यात के उभरते परिदृश्य विषय पर चर्चा हुई। इस अवसर पर स्वदेशी जागरण मंच के अ.भा. संगठक कश्मीरी लाल जी, सह संगठक सतीश कुमार जी, अभा सह संयोजक अश्वनी महाजन जी, DGFT के ज्वाइंट सेक्रेटरी उपस्थित रहे।

The era of simple "cost competitiveness" in global trade is OVER. Trade has been weaponized. 🚨
During the recent "Vision 2047" conference, Shri R. Sundaram (National Convener, Swadeshi Jagran Manch) delivered a powerful reality check on India's position in the shifting global economy His insights are a wake-up call for our nation's economic future:
🌍 Global Vulnerabilities Exposed: Superpowers are no longer just competing on price. The US is actively leveraging its military might and aggressive tariffs to dictate global trade Meanwhile, China is weaponizing its massive manufacturing monopoly to withhold essential raw materials—like Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and rare earth minerals—posing a direct and immediate threat to Indian industries
🚢 India’s Logistics Limitations: Ongoing global conflicts have laid bare our strategic vulnerabilities. Even when India attempts to import cheaper commodities, we are held back because we severely lack a robust domestic shipping industry, adequate crew, and strong logistics players to sustain our trade independently
🔬 The Staggering R&D Crisis: We cannot lead if we do not innovate. India’s R&D expenditure is currently only 1/4th of China’s in terms of GDP percentage Given the massive size of the Chinese economy, this means India is spending a mere 1/16th of what China spends on R&D in absolute terms
🇮🇳 The Call to Action: Relying on imports is a dangerous game, especially as our imports from China have doubled to a staggering $100 billion Shri Sundaram firmly asserts that the ONLY solution to insulate India for the next 50 years is true Swadeshi (self-reliance)
We must drastically boost domestic availability, invest heavily in indigenous R&D, and build our own supply chains. The time to build a truly self-reliant and secure Bharat is NOW! 🇮🇳💪
