A Personality Development and Career Counselling Session was organised in Aligarh on 2 November for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
The programme featured structured modules on self awareness, communication and interpersonal skills, leadership, goal setting and emotional intelligence.
Experienced mentors conducted the sessions, providing guidance on a wide range of career avenues in government services, corporate sector, academia, research, social development, as well as emerging fields including digital technology, entrepreneurship and data driven industries.
