The food doesn't stop at the kitchen door. Here's what happens when it lands on-site.

Cooking is half the job. The other half is what happens at the point of service — steel drums kept sealed until serving, portions checked as they're plated, no gap between "ready" and "served." This is a live dispatch moment at one of our sites: the same discipline that runs the kitchen floor, running the last ten feet too.

Curious what on-site service quality looks like for your workforce?

World Breastfeeding Week gets all the attention this week — and it should. But nobody really talks about what comes after, once a child starts school and that first source of nutrition is gone.

This photo was taken on a completely ordinary afternoon. Kids sitting on the classroom floor, steel plates, hot food, an alphabet chart on the wall behind them. Nothing staged about it. This is just what lunchtime looks like at one of our partner classrooms — every single day, not just this week.

We don't run a nutrition "campaign." We run a schedule. And we keep it.

You can smell the difference between a Didi Ka Dhaba meal and a dhaba van. Here's the less obvious difference.

The visible differences between Didi Ka Dhaba and an unregulated food vendor: ISO kitchen vs. unknown preparation space, FSSAI licensed vs. no documentation, insulated transport vs. open delivery, QC logged vs. no records, SLA contract vs. verbal agreement. The invisible difference: one of them could get your company fined. The other one cannot. Make the right call.

300 women. 300 stories of what happens when you invest in a woman's skill, not her need.

We crossed 300 active women entrepreneurs in the Didi Ka Dhaba network. Three hundred women who own and operate FSSAI-certified kitchens, earn a sustainable income from food they prepare, manage orders, banking and business records, and have trained other women in their communities. None of this happened because of a handout. It happened because of a system. Ekta Foundation's training, certification and market access model has been running. And it scales. Thank you to every corporate partner and individual supporter who made this possible.

Talent is universal, but opportunity is not. 📚🌱

For millions of children across rural India, the gap between their potential and their reality is too often defined by geography. We are working to change that forever.

Through our flagship educational initiative, we are actively bridging the rural-urban educational divide by bringing accessible, high-quality, and holistic learning directly to grassroots communities. We believe that education shouldn't just be about passing exams—it should be about equipping children with the critical thinking, confidence, and life skills needed to thrive in the modern world.

When you provide a child with a truly holistic education, you don't just transform their individual future. You give them the power to break the cycle of generational poverty and rewrite the destiny of their entire family.

Let’s build an India where every child has the tools to succeed, no matter where they are born. ✨

The day Kamla Devi (changed name) got her FSSAI certificate, she called her mother before she called anyone else.

Kamla had been cooking for her joint family for 12 years. She knew food. But she had never imagined food could be a business. Ekta Foundation's skill training program taught her: FSSAI food safety protocols, commercial kitchen management, bulk meal planning and costing. Six months later, she runs a Didi Ka Dhaba kitchen serving 500 daily meals at a manufacturing unit in Sector 79 Gurgaon. She called her mother the day her FSSAI license arrived. Her mother cried. So did she.

Share Kamla's story. Every share funds the next Didi's training. Follow us to meet more.

Bulk catering isn't about one big pot and good intentions. It's steel equipment built for volume, hairnets and aprons on every Didi, hygiene protocol on every station, and QC before a single container leaves the kitchen. This is what "commercial kitchen" actually looks like when it's feeding a workforce, not a family. Didi Ka Dhaba runs this exact setup at every one of its locations.

We don't ask you to take our word for it. Here's what changes when a construction site switches from an unregulated vendor to Didi Ka Dhaba. Before: no FSSAI documentation, inconsistent portions, cold food, vendor no-shows. After: FSSAI licensed kitchen, insulated delivery, consistent portions, zero missed days. The food didn't just get better. The site got compliant.

Meena Devi (changed name) from Matiala Village, Delhi, joined Ekta Foundation's Didi Ka Dhaba kitchen in 2023.

Before: single mother, no formal income, cooking for survival.
After: FSSAI certified kitchen operator, 500 daily meals, regular income, financial independence.

The rest? That's entirely her doing.
