Janapada Sampada Division, IGNCA, in collaboration with Bharat Ekam Sustainable Development Foundation, Delhi, organized a one-day training program on 2nd May 2025 at Samvet Auditorium, IGNCA, aimed at equipping 40 educators from across India with tools to integrate India’s tangible and intangible heritage into lesson plans.

Dr. Sachchidanand Joshi ji, Member Secretary of IGNCA, graced the inaugural session as Chief Guest, highlighting the significance of heritage-based education. Key contributors included Shri Saurabh Gautam, Founding Director of Bharat Ekam, and Dr. Harsha Bhargavi Pandiri, who led sessions on Indian Knowledge Systems and interactive lesson planning.

The program featured insightful talks, a screening of IGNCA’s documentaries on storytelling, hands-on activities, and a curated exhibition tour led by Prof. K. Anil Kumar. Creative mediums like Patachitra, Kalamkari, and traditional masks illustrated ways to make heritage learning engaging.

This initiative reflects IGNCA’s commitment to fostering cultural literacy and empowering educators to nurture a deeper connection between students and India’s diverse cultural legacy.

‘सुरभि पाठशाला’ के अंतर्गत बच्चों की 5 दिवसीय कार्यशाला के दूसरे दिन योग, प्राणायाम, कहानी-संवेदन, जैविक खाद बनाना और आपदा प्रबंधन पर विशेष ध्यान दिया गया

नई दिल्ली, 28 मार्च 2025: भारत एकम् सस्टेनेबल डेवलपमेंट फाउंडेशन द्वारा श्रीराधाकृष्ण मंदिर गौशाला, मयूर विहार फेज 1 एक्सटेंशन में आयोजित सुरभि पाठशाला कार्यशाला के दूसरे दिन बच्चों ने पूरे उत्साह के साथ विभिन्न गतिविधियों में भाग लिया। कार्यशाला सुबह 10 बजे से दोपहर 1 बजे तक चली, जिसमें योग, कहानी-संवेदन, प्राकृतिक कृषि, जैविक खाद बनाना और आपदा प्रबंधन पर व्यावहारिक शिक्षण प्रदान किया गया।

कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत बच्चों द्वारा योग अभ्यास से हुई, जिसमें उन्होंने विभिन्न योग आसनों का अभ्यास किया, जिससे उनके शारीरिक और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य को बढ़ावा मिला। इसके बाद कहानी-संवेदन सत्र हुआ, जिसमें बच्चों ने खिलौनों के माध्यम से रोचक कहानियों से पारंपरिक ज्ञान और मूल्यों को आत्मसात किया।

दिन की मुख्य विशेषता घनजीवामृत (जैविक खाद) निर्माण रही, जहां बच्चों ने समूहों में जैविक खाद तैयार किया और इसकी खेती में उपयोगिता को समझा। इस गतिविधि ने बच्चों को प्राकृतिक कृषि और पर्यावरण-संरक्षण के महत्व से परिचित कराया।

इसके अतिरिक्त, बच्चों को भूकंप आपदा प्रबंधन पर जागरूक किया गया, जिसमें उन्होंने सीखा कि भूकंप के दौरान और उसके बाद स्वयं की सुरक्षा कैसे करें। यह सत्र आपातकालीन स्थितियों में त्वरित निर्णय लेने और बचाव तकनीकों को समझने में सहायक रहा।

कार्यक्रम के अंत में बच्चों ने ‘सुरभि’ से संबंधित चित्रकला और समग्र गतिविधियों में भाग लिया, जिसमें उन्होंने अपने विचारों और सीख को रचनात्मक रूप से प्रस्तुत किया।

जैसे-जैसे कार्यशाला आगे बढ़ रही है, प्रतिभागी स्थिरता, पारंपरिक ज्ञान और व्यावहारिक जीवन-कौशल की गहरी समझ विकसित कर रहे हैं, जिससे सुरभि पाठशाला उनके लिए एक मूल्यवान अनुभव बन रही है।

Bharat Ekam Sustainable Development Foundation Organizes ‘Surabhi Pathshala’ Workshop on Indigenous Cows and Panchgavya Based learning.

New Delhi, March 26, 2025: The Bharat Ekam Sustainable Development Foundation successfully launched the first day of its week-long workshop, Surabhi Pathshala, at Sri Radha Krishna Mandir, Mayur Vihar Phase 1 Extension. The workshop, held from 10 AM to 1 PM, witnessed the enthusiastic participation of 45 students eager to explore the significance of indigenous cows and sustainable practices.

Day 1 sessions focused on the importance of cows in human life, methods to identify indigenous cow breeds, and an overview of various desi breeds. Participants engaged in experiential and hands-on learning, which included preparing natural fertilizers and household products based on Panchgavya—a traditional blend of five cow-derived elements used for sustainable living.

The sessions were interactive, enabling students to connect with Bharat’a rich rural and agricultural heritage. This initiative aims to educate the younger generation about the role of cows in health, agriculture, and the environment while promoting eco-friendly alternatives.

The workshop will continue for the next four days, delving deeper into organic farming, Ayurveda, Panchgavya-based wellness, and heritage conservation.

The five-day Panchagavya-based training programme organized by Bharat Ekam Sustainable Development Foundation successfully concluded today, marking the beginning of a new journey for women in sustainable entrepreneurship!

✨ Day 5 Highlights:
✅ Master trainers Sh Rajendra Ji and Shripal ji conducted a hands-on session on Jeevamrut (organic fertilizer), natural Holi colors, and herbal tooth powders.
✅ An engaging Q&A and feedback session helped participants refine their skills.
✅ The women decided to form a self-help group named “Surabhi” and selected two Panchagavya-based products for advanced skilling, production, packaging, branding, and sales.
✅ A business model was discussed to connect their enterprise with Gaushalas for sustainable growth.

The second day of the Surabhi Pathshala training programme, organized by Bharat Ekam Sustainable Development Foundation, was a hands-on learning experience for 15 women eager to explore the art of making eco-friendly Panchagavya-based products!

💡 Under the guidance of our expert trainers:
✅ Shri Sreepal Ji – Taught how to prepare dry premix for idols, diyas, and decorative tablets and introduced natural Holi colors made from Panchagavya.
✅ Smt. Manju Ji – Explained the importance of Panchagavya chips in reducing radiation from electronic devices and demonstrated their preparation.

“Surabhi Pathshala” launches Women’s Training Program on -Based Products
Delhi, 27th February 2025: Five days’ women’s training program under Bharat Ekam Sustainable Development Foundation’s “Surabhi Pathshala” in association with Rashtra Sevika Samiti (Dharmik Vibhag) has been successfully launched today at Shri RadhaKrishna Mandir Gaushala, Mayur Vihar Phase-1 Extension. also

Renowned experts Smt. Archana Ji and Shri Rajendra Ji led the training session, offering valuable insights into Panchagavya—an Indian Knowledge System (IKS) based knowledge that utilizes cow derivatives for sustainable products. Around 15 women participated in this hands-on training program, which aims to empower women with skills in Panchagavya-based product making.

The session began with an introduction to the importance of Panchagavya, followed by practical demonstrations on the identification of indigenous cow breeds, preparation of Nasika Aushadhi , Bhasm (herbal ash), and herbal tooth powder using Panchagavya components.

The event was graced by Maharaj Ji from Shri RadhaKrishna Mandir gaushala, Shri Saurabh Gautam, Director of Bharat Ekam Sustainable Development Foundation, workers from Rashtra Sevika Samiti and other dignitaries who encouraged the participants and emphasized the role of Panchagavya in sustainable development and economic empowerment.

This initiative is part of a larger effort to connect women with traditional knowledge systems, organic farming, and sustainable entrepreneurship through Panchagavya-based practices.
