VridhCare sincerely appreciates Lions Club of Katihar, Mr. Pankaj Purve, and the entire organizing team for their dedicated NGO partnership under Project Roshni. Through successfully organized eye screening camps for senior citizens residing in old age homes across Bhagalpur and Purnia, Bihar, this initiative enabled 113 senior citizens to undergo eye screening, leading to 37 life-changing cataract surgeries (13 in Bhagalpur and 24 in Purnia). These efforts are helping elderly beneficiaries regain clear vision, confidence, and the dignity of independent living.

Together, we continue to demonstrate how compassionate collaboration can create a lasting impact in the lives of our senior citizens.

Strengthening access to government-supported assistive care for senior citizens.

We are proud to have partnered with ALIMCO in successfully facilitating 4 Assessment Camps across Sarnath, Ramnagar, Umaraha, and Narmadpur in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, under the Rashtriya Vayoshri Yojana (RVY) and ADIP schemes.

These camps helped identify the needs of elderly beneficiaries, enabling them to receive appropriate assistive devices that can improve mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.

At VridhCare Quality of Life Foundation, we remain committed to supporting initiatives that promote dignity, accessibility, and well-being for every senior citizen.

The session highlighted VridhCare's Vision and Mission, our ongoing initiatives for senior citizens, and the meaningful role students can play through internships, volunteering, innovation, and community engagement. Together, we explored how youth can become catalysts for creating a more compassionate and age-inclusive society.
