🌼 Balancing the Heart and Mind 🌼
Today at Jan Sharnam’s Badarpur Centre, we conducted a joyful and meaningful mental-wellbeing workshop for children.

Through simple drawings, stories, and activities, we helped them understand emotions, express themselves freely, and discover the beautiful balance between dil and dimaag.

Every child deserves a safe space to learn, heal, and grow — and we are grateful to be part of their journey. 💛
