Every year, thousands of people suffer spinal cord injuries, losing their ability to walk and live independently. Since 2016, Serve Humanity Serve God Charitable Trust (SHSG) has been dedicated to supporting patients with paraplegia and quadriplegia—restoring dignity, care, and hope.
For the past 8 years, this mission has provided completely free rehabilitation and recovery support, ensuring no patient is denied treatment due to financial constraints. At their fully accessible rehabilitation center in Punjab, over 60 patients receive care—many arriving with severe bedsores, mobility loss, and emotional trauma.
