After 8 months of hard work and rigorous classes, our Foundation House girls successfully completed their foundation period. To celebrate their dedication, hardwork and excellent school entrance exam results, the girls enjoyed a picnic day in Rishikesh ❤️👏🏽

Losar Tashi Delek (Happy Tibetan New Year)

Losar symbolizes new beginnings, courage, and the purifying power of light. We celebrated Losar by visiting the local monastery and enjoying delicious traditional Tibetan food. At Pestalozzi, all our children engage in celebration of different festivals. We believe that our multicultural environment will not only help in increasing their cultural awareness and tolerance but also help our children build empathy, social skills and prepare for a global future.

The first week of 2026 started with a webinar by our alumni based in the USA on 'US college applications and financial aid process'. Many of our students aspire to study abroad for their higher education and can only do so with the help of financial aid and scholarships. A huge thanks to our alumni (Rozal, Tenzin Wangmo, Phurbu Tsetan) for a detailed webinar on how to research about colleges and work on the college applications and funding process. The experience, challenges faced and successes of our alumni help our students prepare for their own higher education journey.

Grateful for the year 2025🌟

It was another year of learning focused on the Head (academis), Heart (compassion) and Hands (building skills).Our children represented their schools in various extracurricular activities and won medals in marathons, gymnastics, football, basketball, poster making competitions and various academic achievements. A few children also took up leadership roles in the form of school captains. Beyond the classroom learning was focused through workshops on financial literacy, SEE Learning, Writing, art & craft, play on Life of Pestalozzi and Pestalozzi Value Education.

We look forward to another year of holistic education for our children and turning potential into success!

A huge thank you to all our staff, donors, partners, alumni and well-wishers for your support. Wishing everyone health,happiness and success in the coming new year ❤️

"Pestalozzi is more than just a scholarship, Pestalozzi is family", Diksha Thakur, Pestalozzi India, class of 2025.

Although it was a small, short and sweet gathering of our alumni based in Bangalore, it was a wonderful space to share stories, experiences and reconnect. Some alumni are working, while others are pursuing their higher education in fine institutions in and around Bangalore. It was so wholesome to see how our alumni carry the Pestalozzi values close to their hearts and aim to give back to the society in any way they can.
