उत्तराखण्ड सतरुद्रा ट्रस्ट द्वारा आज प्रातः 11:00 बजे सरस्वती विद्या मंदिर इंटर कॉलेज, नथुवावाला, देहरादून में हरेला पर्व का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर विद्यालय में मोरपंखी, अशोक एवं पाम के पौधों का रोपण किया गया। प्रधानाचार्य श्री शिशुपाल सिंह रावत एवं बच्चे इस अवसर पर उपस्थित रहे। ट्रस्ट की ओर से ट्रस्टी मंगला प्रसाद बंगवाल, गणेश चन्द्र उनियाल, हरेंद्र सिंह असवाल एवं इंदू भूषण सकलानी उपस्थित रहे। पौधारोपण के उपरांत विद्यालय की बहु विषयक प्रयोगशाला का भी प्रधानाचार्य के साथ भ्रमण किया गया। पूर्व में विद्यालय में बालिका स्वास्थ्य एवं स्वच्छता कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत निशुल्क सैनिटरी नैपकिन वैंडिंग मशीन की भी स्थापना की गई है। निकट भविष्य में शीघ्र ही विद्यालय में भविष्य निर्माण व्याख्यान एवं पर्यावरण संरक्षण पर वार्ता का भी आयोजन किया जायेगा।

As per agenda circulated the discussion initiated & following decisions taken: -
1. The MOM of the earlier meeting (Meeting No: 2026/6/4th (88th) circulated and signed by the members.
2. Status of Accounts: Sh. A K Barthwal presented the account status for the month of June 2026. Fin assistance extended during this month: - ₹ 7900/- to 9 Student Beneficiaries, ₹ 18000/- to 12 Families,
₹8725 on 01-06-2026 reimbursed fees to Nursing student beneficiary Surabhi, on 02-06-2026 ₹ 950/- Sanitary Napkins transportation charges.
The expenditure & status of the account is approved.
3. Audit & ITR filing for the current & AY 2026-27 is in progress.
4. Annual Report 2025-26 by MPS: Prepared and draft circulated. Information to be obtained from MPB & AKB to finalize it. AKB is also requested to check total expenditure shown booked agst Spl diet of TB Patients.
5. Shikshanjali Committee: - Presently 22 Cases are on roll & 9 beneficiaries are getting benefit. One more old Beneficiary Deepali Joshi approved for continuation of assist wef July2026 as all her docs are received & recommended by Committee. Case of Anshika approved earlier wef Apl 2026 but her all docs are yet not received and amount will be released only when full docs are received.
6. Bhavaanjali Committee: - Presently 17 Cases are on the roll. Further 3 New cases approved in June wef July2026. New case of Anandi Devi R/O Kalal Ghati, Kotdwar received & approved with condition whenever any old beneficiary completing 5 yrs tenure is dropped or total beneficiaries number not exceeding 20.
7. Cash & Commercial Cropping: - Shri VS Gusain informed rainy season already on & crop is sworn. Now in winter (Oct/Nov) matter will be pursued with farmers.
8. Counselling in Schools & Purchase Manorama Year 2026: VS Gusain is finalizing pgme for July/Aug and informed 2 colleges namely Arya Inter College, Subhash Nagar & I C Ganga-Bhogpur identified for it.
9. Support in TB Eradication Pgme: Dr R Baluni has already informed 6 new patients & similarly, Sh SD Pande is urged to inform the new set of names.
10. Assistance to Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir Pokhari (Quili) Tehri Garhwal: Rs.36K for various items estimate already shared by the school and approved in the meeting. A team composed of MP Bangwal, MPS Negi & Mukesh Dhulia will finalize it with the School/vendor & fix programme of distribution.
11. Welfare Support to Animals/Cows: Time being Trust should continue support to present Shri Krishna Hasanpur, Gaushala or explore to support such bodies engaged in welfare of other stray animals in the cities as it is experienced invariably institutions taking care Cows welfare get Govt support/availing schemes.
12. Trust YouTube video /data: Sh SD Pande to inform progress on maintenance of the YouTube account.
13. Trust Website: Sh MP Bangwal & VS Gusain to approach Mr Manish Mishra for needful & website be updated as soon as possible.
14. Availing 80G/12A IT Provisions benefit for Trust: Recently Trust has received reminders from IT Deptt for revival of same as it is already expired but now revival found highly uneconomical & therefore decided time being to drop the revival proposal. One alternate option suggested members to directly sponsor the beneficiaries instead of routing funds through Trust to keep the Corpus well within the IT Exemption limit. All agreed to look in to it not this time but next year.
15. Donors Profile: Members to share required details from donors with Shri GC Uniyal.
16. AGM 2026 Expenses: Total expenses incurred Rs. 95,264 which is adjusted as Rs.65K received from members as voluntary contribution & Rs.30,264 from Trust which is well within 50% limit of total expenses as decided earlier out of Trust fund.
17. Providing Solar Street lights for Vill- Badoli (Badi). Matter discussed & time being dropped.
18. Sapling Plantation: IB Saklani to finalize the programme for 24-07-2026 & inform. Also, purchase sufficient saplings of Ashoka tree.
19. Next monthly meeting: 3rd Sunday 16-08-2026 at 1030 hrs will be held in Sweet Corn restaurant/ Any alternate location if fixed.

Proceedings: Minutes of the Meeting held at 1030 AM on 14-06-2026.
This month's meeting was held at Sweet Corn Restaurant Kaulagarh Rd, Dehradun where, following 9 members were present: S/Sh GC Uniyal, MPS Negi, MP Bangwal, IB Saklani, Alok Chaudhary, Dr LS Bist, Anoop Barthwal, Dr Rakesh Baluni & Sh VS Gusain.

Recent Activities of UST:
Monthly meeting on 14-06-2026 at Sweet Corn Restaurant Kaulagarh Rd, Dehradun, Spl Diet distribution at CHC Raipur (Dehradun) on 26-05-2026 & Handing over Sanitary Napkin consignment to SVM IC Nathuwawala College Authorities for loading in Vending machine, provided them on 24-04-2026.

As per agenda circulated the discussion initiated & following decisions taken: -
1. The MOM of the earlier meeting
(87th) circulated and signed by the members.
2. Status of Accounts: Sh. A K Barthwal presented the account status for the month of April’ 2026. The expenditure & status of the account is approved.
3. MHA/GOI NGO Darpan Portal: Keeping in view high expenses involved in IT Compliances to keep GOI NGO Darpan active, it was decided to close the issue & time being no further action on NGO Darpan Portal.
4. Shikshanjali Committee: - Presently 23 Cases are on roll & 9 beneficiaries are getting benefit. Now decided to continue assistance to 8 more old beneficiaries as recommended by the Committee. They are namely Bipul Bhatt, Rishab Bhatt (Both wef Apl 2026) Ishant, Khushi D/O Shripal, Krishna S/O Veer Singh, Khushi D/O Virendra Prakash, Kartik Chauhan & Sanyam Negi (All 6 wef May 2026). Also decided to drop assistance to 5 beneficiaries namely Laxmi Khanduri 11th, Hema 11th, Radhika 12th, Ragini 10th & Diya Uniyal 9th who did not respond/ submitted any docs for continuation of assistance. There are 4 New cases namely Krishna Singh Class 10th, Aditi Bist Class 11th (her docs incomplete), Soniya Bist Class 9th, Komal Arya Class 7th received & approved as recommended by committee. Assistance to be released them wef June 2026. Nursing Beneficiary Surabhi Raturi is reimbursed fees Rs. 8725/- on 01-06-2026 but the receipt is awaited. 5. Bhavaanjali Committee: - Presently 20 Cases are on the roll. Assistance to be released to 4 old beneficiaries reviewed and approved last month. Further decided to drop assistance to 6 old beneficiaries namely Bhanpati Devi, Payal, Geeta Devi, Laxmi Devi, Swanri Devi and Shoba Bisht as few of them completed 5 yrs term and many have not submitted required docs needed for granting continuation of assistance in spite of approaching / contacting them repeatedly. Also decided to continue assistance to Neema Bora from June 2026 as recommended by committee 3 New cases received namely Manju Devi R/O Vill Lakhnadi (Someshwar), Sanju Devi R/O Vill-Thanger (Yamkeshwar) & Tara Devi R/O Vill Basera (Dwarhaat) & as recommended by committee approved wef July 2026.
6. All the Trustees & members from the Trust express Hearty gratitude & Best wishes to all the following donors contributing for the Trust during the fin year wef April 2025- Covering period Oct 25-Mar 2026. As decided, such information will be shared here twice in a Year.

Cash & Commercial Cropping: - Shri VS Gusain informed that Trust can again help farmers & this time it's decided to proceed with certain conditions with max limit of total Rs.15K & only 5 farmers not repeaters of last year will be helped, Since ginger seeds provided them from Block office, only Quality Turmeric seeds alike last year through Shri MP Bangwal will be distributed. The Produce will be sold to Trust members after treating the raw turmeric.
8. Counselling in Schools & Purchase of Manorama Year 2026: Shri VS Gusain purchased the books including GK books costing Rs.2478/- & now pgme be chalked out. The expenses incurred are approved.
9. Support in TB Eradication Pgme: It is approved to extend the Programme for another 6 months to 6 patients each at Dehradun and Almora. Dr R Baluni & Sh SD Pande to note and continue the efforts.
10. Bulk purchase of Sanitary Napkins for Vending Machine: 1600 nos sanitary napkins bulk supply received costing Rs.9440 dtd 26-05-2026 Plus Rs.950 dtd 30-5-2026 transportation charges approved for recoupment & items handed over to beneficiary, SVM IC Nathuwawala, Dehradun for further use.
11. Welfare Support to Animals/Cows: Till such time the search for a new beneficiary is on, the Trust should continue support to present Shri Krishna DhamGaushala, Hasanpur.
12. Trust YouTube video /data: Sh SD Pande to inform progress on maintenance of the YouTube account.
13. Trust Website: Sh MP Bangwal & Sh VS Gusain to approach Mr Manish Mishra for needful & website be updated ASAP.
14. Equipping Physics Lab: Issue discussed at length & keeping in view the fact wherever Physics subject is available in Colleges, its mandatory for the Govt/Management to open such facility within the campus. Therefore, for the time being this issue is closed.

16. AGM 2026 Expenses: Total expenses to be recouped from voluntary contribution. Till last month 11 receipts /vouchers & this month 5 more receipts /vouchers received.

दिनांक 26 मई 2026, मंगलवार को उत्तराखण्ड सतरुद्रा ट्रस्ट द्वारा सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र रायपुर, देहरादून में प्रातः 10 बजे "प्रधानमंत्री राष्ट्रीय टी.बी. मुक्त भारत अभियान" के अंतर्गत पूर्व में चयनित 6 मरीजों को मई माह का पौष्टिक आहार उपलब्ध कराया गया। एक सूक्ष्म कार्यक्रम में केंद्र के मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ. प्रताप सिंह एवं श्री राम मोहन कंडारी की उपस्थिति में इन मरीजों को छठे माह का निर्धारित पौष्टिक आहार भेंट किया गया। इस अवसर पर ट्रस्ट की ओर से डॉ राकेश बलूनी उपस्थित रहे। ट्रस्ट सभी रोगियों के शीघ्र स्वस्थ होने की कामना करता है। ट्रस्ट अभी तक कुल 48 मरीजों को छः-छः माह के लिए पौष्टिक आहार हेतु अंगीकृत कर चुका। हम अपने सभी दानदाताओं का आभार व्यक्त करते हैं।

2.Status of Accounts: Sh. A K Barthwal presented the account status for the month of April’ 2026, the details are as under: -
A. Receipts:
I. Members’ total contribution for this month: Rs. 57500/-
II. Total donations received for this month: ₹ 70666/-
IV. Interest earned Rs.11,974 on FD credited during month.
IV. Total Receipts for this month: ₹ 140140/-

B. Expenditure:
I. Fin assistance extended during this month: - ₹ 7900/- to 9 Student Beneficiaries, ₹ 13500/- to 8 Families, ₹ 5190/- to 6 TB patients for Special Diet, ₹ 8700/- Sanitary Napkin Vending Machine, ₹ 8608/- Publication and stationery (AGM), ₹ 3638/- Travel charges for invitees (AGM), ₹ 23000/- as hospitality charges to Sweetcorn Restaurant (AGM) and ₹ 2100/ meeting expenditure.
II. Total Expenditure for the month: ₹ 72,636/-
III. The expenditure & status of the account is approved.

3.MHA/GOI NGO Darpan Portal: Trust ID & MPIN activated. Now regular log in is needed & further action will be taken for uploading CSR proposals whenever ready.

4.Shikshanjali Committee: - Presently 23 Cases are on the roll. No new case received and no old case reviewed.

5.Bhavaanjali Committee: - Presently 20 Cases are on the roll. Life certificate in respect of 1. Krishna Devi, 2. Beena Rautela, 3. Pushpa Devi, and 4. Hema Bhakuni. all old beneficiaries reviewed and fin assistance approved further.

6.Cash & Commercial Cropping in Vill Pilkhedi/ Nail: - Shri VS Gusain to get outcome & obtain yield results from Beneficiaries.

7.Counselling in Schools & Purchase Manorama Year 2026: As decided VS Gusain to inform future pgme & also, purchase latest GK / Manorama Year book for distribution in such schools. Now the counseling will be carried out during current Academic session.

8.Support in TB Eradication Pgme: On 25-04-2026, Spl diet costing total ₹ 5190/- approved & provided to 6 patients at CHC Raipur, Dehradun. It is also approved to extend the Programme for next 6 months to 6 patients each at Raipur and Almora, subject to availability of patients.

9.Installation of Vending Machine: Sanitary napkin vending machine installed at SVM IC Nathuwawala, Dehradun on 25.04.2026 and expenditure of ₹ 8700/- (cost of machine) + ₹800/- (Transport charges) also approved. Now one time a sum of ₹ 10K- approved for bulk procurement of sanitary napkins for the subject machine/ College.

10.Welfare Support to Animals/Cows: It was advised to search some new Gaushala specially in hill areas for support & till such time Trust may extend help to earlier identified Gaushala for Isolation/Surgical wards.

11.Satrudra Kanyadaan Pgme: The assistance amount is raised from 10K to 15K for future & approved.

12.Trust YouTube video /data: Sh SD Pande to inform progress on maintenance of the YouTube account of Trust.

13.Trust Website: Renewal for 1Year of website done by Shri MPS Negi and an amount of ₹ 1908/- was incurred by him & approved for reimbursement.

14.Renewal 12A & Filing ITR: ITR Filing is under process. Renewal proposal of 12A and 80G already dropped.

15.Annual Report 2026: Shri MPS Negi to prepare it by 30th June 2026.

16.Donors Profile: Members to share required details from donors with Shri GC Uniyal.

17.AGM 2026 Expenses: Total Rs. 86,564 incurred (out of which ₹65000/- incurred from special voluntary contribution of trustees @5000 each)
