Aye, if there is anything in the Gita that I like, it is the two verses, coming out strong as the very gist, the very essence, of Krishna's teaching: "He who sees the Supreme Lord dwelling alike in all beings, the Imperishable in things that perish, he sees indeed. For seeing the Lord as the same, everywhere present, he does not destroy the self, by the self, and thus he goes to the highest goal.

"यदि भगवद्गीता में मुझे कोई बात सबसे अधिक प्रिय है, तो वह ये दो श्लोक हैं। इन्हीं में श्रीकृष्ण के समस्त उपदेश का सार, उसका हृदय और उसका मर्म निहित है:
'जो पुरुष समस्त प्राणियों में समान रूप से विराजमान परमेश्वर का दर्शन करता है—जो नश्वर वस्तुओं में भी अविनाशी परमात्मा 😇को देखता है—वही वास्तव में देखता है। क्योंकि जो भगवान को सर्वत्र समान रूप से विद्यमान देखता है, वह अपने ही द्वारा अपने आत्मस्वरूप का नाश नहीं करता; और इ:सी प्रकार वह परम लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करता है।'

Think of your own body, and see that it is strong and healthy; it is the best instrument you have. Think of it as being as strong as adamant, and that with the help of this body you will cross the ocean of life. Freedom is never to be reached by the weak. Throw away all weakness. Tell your body that it is strong, tell your mind that it is strong, and have unbounded faith and hope in yourself.
