The Citizen’s Against Drug Foundation is a non-profit initiative dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and empowering the youth of the hills who are struggling with substance abuse. Rooted in compassion and community responsibility, the foundation is committed to creating long-term, positive change by addressing the drug crisis through intervention, education, and support.
This foundation is the greatest gift to the pelope of the hill community, from Darjeeling Police, especially under the visionary leadership of Shri Praween Prakash, IPS, Superintendent of Police, Darjeeling. His tireless efforts and compassionate approach have been instrumental in launching this movement, reflecting a bold step by the police to go beyond enforcement and work toward healing and hope.
We aim not only to support recovery and rehabilitation but to prevent drug abuse before it starts through awareness campaigns, school and college outreach, skill-building initiatives, and strong community engagement.
Citizen’s Against Drug Foundation is a movement of the people, driven not by profit, but by purpose. We stand for every life, every voice, and every young dream that deserves a second chance. Together, with the support of law enforcement, social workers, educators, and families, we strive to restore hope and dignity to those most in need.
Let us unite for a drug-free future because no one should be left behind.
