💧 CSR in Action | WASH Project 2024–2025 | Supporting Education through Sanitation 💧

We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the “Modern Day Toilet Construction 2024–2025” project under the WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) initiative at Bloom Dale Academy, Bansbotay, Lodhoma, Darjeeling Pul-Bazar Block, Darjeeling.

Located in a remote hillside community, Bloom Dale Academy plays a vital role in providing foundational education to local children. In support of a safer and more dignified learning environment, People's United Social Awareness Society, a dedicated NGO, has constructed a modern toilet facility to address the essential sanitation needs of students and staff.

This impactful initiative was generously funded by Acclaris Business Solution Private Limited (A Willis Towers Watson Company) as part of their ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts to uplift underserved communities.

We are proud to share the successful ex*****on of the “Modern Day Toilet Construction 2024–2025” project under the WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) initiative at Shalom English School, Chotta Hatta, Lodhoma, Darjeeling Pul-Bazar Block, Darjeeling.

Shalom English School, a vital educational institution for local children, plays a crucial role in laying the foundation for early learning in the region. Recognizing this, People's United Social Awareness Society, a grassroots NGO, took the initiative to improve the school’s sanitation facilities—bringing dignity, safety, and better hygiene to the heart of education.

We are pleased to announce the successful implementation of the “Modern Day Toilet Construction 2024–2025” project under the WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) initiative at Green Valley School, Batasia, Lodhoma, Darjeeling Pul-Bazar Block—a remote school located approximately 45 minutes from the main road.

This crucial infrastructure was constructed by People's United Social Awareness Society, a committed Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) working to enhance quality of life in rural and underserved communities. The project was made possible through the generous CSR support of Acclaris Business Solution Private Limited (A Willis Towers Watson Company).

💧 The newly built modern toilet facilities aim to:

Initiated by Directorate of Sports & Youth Affairs, Govt. of Meghalaya in collaboration with Nehru Yuva Kendra, Darjeeling & Kalimpong, Govt. of India & People's United Social Awareness Society (Non-Governmental Organization) from 30th September to 4th October 2024, vibrant young minds from across the country will gather at the picturesque Disha Centre, Kalimpong to engage in a transformative experience of cultural exchange, learning, and leadership development.
