Guests are urged to make their reservations through Genuine Online Travel Agencies/Established Travel Agencies and/or directly through Hotel Websites(if available).
Guests may also contact Hotels directly (Most of us would at the bare minimum have a presence on Google Maps with listed contacts) to reconfirm that Agencies/Individuals representing the "Concerned Properties" are actually associated with the Hotels.

At the outset, We would like to offer our heartfelt condolences to all the families that have lost their loved ones in the aftermath of the 4th evening.
We had no idea that just 2 days since Tika, the mood and festivities of Dasaihn would be cut short so painfully and abruptly for those directly affected and all of us in the Hills of Darjeeling.
The Healing will take time as will the full functionality of roads and bridges in Kurseong (Rohini) and Mirik (Dudhia).

We have been prioritizing the safety of our in-house guests and towards getting a better and informed stock of the situational awareness have taken time to advise our guests with reservations in the coming days of the following;

The District Administrative Machinery has cleared all Landslips and Mudslides along the Hill Cart Road/NH 110 and uphill/downhill vehicular traffic is now functioning smoothly.

The D.I.B. Department advises the following routes for all incoming and outgoing guests.

Uphill Traffic from NJP/Bagdogra is via the Pankhabari Road
(Simulbarie/Garidhura/Kurseong/Sonada/Ghoom/Darjeeling)

Downhill Traffic to NJP/Bagdogra is via the Hill Cart Road/NH55 (Darjeeling/Ghoom/Sonada/Kurseong/Gidday Pahar/Mahanadi/ Tindharia/Sukna)

Rohini Road and Dudhia Bridge are out of commission

As we prepare to welcome our guests let us also remember and pray for those families that are in grief.
