**Today's Report on Social Work by Soch**

**Overview:**
Soch, a local social organization, continued its commitment to serving the underprivileged villagers in our community. Today, members and friends of Soch collaborated to facilitate medical check-ups for several underprivileged villagers at the RKM Medical Camp, organized by the Ramakrishna Mission. Additionally, essential groceries (ration) were generously provided by the Ramakrishna Mission and distributed to the beneficiaries. The successful ex*****on of these activities was made possible through the dedicated efforts of several individuals, including Shiwath Rai, Pawan Sotang, Bandhan Rai, Ayush Sinchury, and transportation support provided by Ishok Rai. Transportation expenses were sponsored by Shiwath Rai and Bandhan Rai, while some members covered their own transportation costs.
**Activities:**
1. **Medical Check-ups at RKM Medical Camp:**
- Soch coordinated with the Ramakrishna Mission's Medical Camp to arrange medical check-ups for underprivileged villagers from our locality.
- Volunteers, including Shiwath Rai, Pawan Sotang, Bandhan Rai, Ayush Sinchury, and others, assisted villagers in registering for check-ups and navigating the process at the camp.

सोच, एक स्थानीय सामाजिक संस्था, हाम्रो समुदायमा विपन्न गाउँलेहरूको सेवा गर्ने आफ्नो प्रतिबद्धता जारी राख्यो। आज, सोचका सदस्यहरू र साथीहरूले रामकृष्ण मिशनद्वारा आयोजित आरकेएम मेडिकल क्याम्पमा धेरै विपन्न गाउँलेहरूको लागि चिकित्सा जाँचको सुविधा दिन सहयोग गरे। थप रूपमा, रामकृष्ण मिशन द्वारा आवश्यक किराना (रासन) उदारतापूर्वक प्रदान गरियो र लाभार्थीहरूलाई वितरण गरियो। शिवाथ राई, पवन सोताङ, बन्धन राई, आयुष सिन्चुरी लगायतका व्यक्तित्वहरुको अथक प्रयास र इशोक राईको यातायात सहयोगबाट यी गतिविधिहरु सफल हुन सकेका हुन् । ढुवानी खर्च शिवथ राई र बन्धन राईले व्यहोरेका थिए भने कतिपय सदस्यले आफ्नो यातायात खर्च आफैं बेहोरेका थिए ।
**क्रियाकलाप:**
१. **आरकेएम मेडिकल क्याम्पमा मेडिकल चेक-अप:**
- सोचले रामकृष्ण मिशनको मेडिकल क्याम्पसँग समन्वय गरी हाम्रो इलाकाबाट वञ्चित गाउँलेहरूको लागि चिकित्सा जाँचको व्यवस्था गर्यो।
- शिवाथ राई, पवन सोताङ, बन्धन राई, आयुष सिन्चुरी र अन्य लगायत स्वयंसेवकहरूले चेकअपको लागि दर्ता गर्न र शिविरमा प्रक्रिया नेभिगेट गर्न गाउँलेहरूलाई सहयोग गरे।
- शिविरमा चिकित्सा पेशेवरहरूले लाभार्थीहरूको विभिन्न स्वास्थ्य सरोकारहरूलाई सम्बोधन गर्दै पूर्ण जाँचहरू प्रदान गरे।
२. **औषधिको व्यवस्था:**
- सोचले सुनिश्चित गर्यो कि लाभार्थीहरूले चिकित्सा जाँचको क्रममा निर्धारित आवश्यक औषधिहरू प्राप्त गरे।
- स्वयम्सेवकहरूले प्राप्तकर्ताहरूको कल्याणलाई प्राथमिकता दिँदै औषधि वितरणको आयोजना गरे।
3. **रामकृष्ण मिशनबाट अत्यावश्यक किराना सामान (रासन) को स्वागत:**
- अत्यावश्यक किराना सामानहरू रामकृष्ण मिशनद्वारा विपन्न गाउँलेहरूलाई सहयोग गर्न उदारतापूर्वक प्रदान गरियो।
- सोच स्वयंसेवकहरूले लाभार्थीहरूलाई सहज स्वागत र रासन वितरण सुनिश्चित गर्न मिशनसँग सहकार्य गरे।
- लाभार्थीहरूमा खाद्य असुरक्षाको चिन्ता कम गर्न विभिन्न प्रकारका मुख्य खाद्य वस्तुहरू र अत्यावश्यक वस्तुहरू वितरण गरियो।
४. **यातायात सहयोग:**
- इशोक राईले स्वास्थ्य शिविरमा स्वयम्सेवक र लाभार्थीहरूको आवतजावतलाई सहज बनाउन यातायात सहयोग उपलब्ध गराए।
- यातायात खर्च शिवथ राई र बन्धन राई द्वारा प्रायोजित गरिएको थियो, स्वयंसेवक र लाभार्थीहरूले आर्थिक बोझ बिना भाग लिन सक्ने सुनिश्चित गर्दै।

सोचका सदस्यहरू, साथीहरू र प्रायोजकहरूको सहयोगी प्रयासले विपन्न गाउँलेहरूमा गहिरो प्रभाव पारेको छ:
- स्वास्थ्य सेवामा सुधारिएको पहुँच: धेरै गाउँलेहरूले चिकित्सा हेरचाह र औषधिहरू पाएका थिए अन्यथा उनीहरूले खर्च गर्न सक्ने थिएनन्।
- उन्नत कल्याण: रामकृष्ण मिशन द्वारा आवश्यक किराना सामानहरूको प्रावधानले सुनिश्चित गर्दछ कि परिवारहरूलाई पौष्टिक खानामा पहुँच छ, उनीहरूको समग्र स्वास्थ्य र स्थिरतामा योगदान गर्दछ।
- बलियो सामुदायिक बन्धनहरू: स्वयंसेवकहरू र प्रायोजकहरूको सामूहिक प्रयासले समुदाय भित्र एकता र करुणा देखाउँछ, आफ्नो सम्बन्ध र समर्थनको भावनालाई बढावा दिन्छ।
