On Tuesday, 16th June, we said goodbye to Chungi.

Over the past few days, we've been overwhelmed by your messages, photographs, and stories. Thank you for sharing how Chunghi touched your lives. Reading them reminded us that she was never just our dog. In so many ways, she became part of the Tieedi family for all of us.

People often wrote to us asking, "How's Chungi?" before asking about anything else. That says everything about the place she held in our hearts.

If there's one lesson she leaves behind, it's the very ethos of Tieedi: *Take It Easy. Easy Does It* We often got caught up in the rush of work, but Chunghi never forgot what mattered. She reminded us to pause, to be present, to soak in the sunshine, to greet every friend with joy, and to find contentment in the simplest moments.

We'll miss her terribly. But we'll carry her lessons with us, every single day.

Thank you, Chungi, for eight beautiful years. ❤️

भारतभरि गर्मी बढ्दैछ, अनि बियरका बोतलहरू पनि झन् धेरै खपत भइरहेका छन्।

हामीमध्ये धेरैले यी बोतलहरू रिसाइकल हुन्छन् भनेर सोच्दछौं। तर पहाडका दुर्गम ठाउँहरूमा रिसाइकल गर्ने कारखाना धेरै टाढा भएकाले बोतलहरू फिर्ता पठाउन महँगो पर्छ। त्यसैले धेरैजसो सिसाका बोतलहरू फुटाइन्छन् वा कम मूल्यमा बेचिन्छन्।

त्यसैले हामी कलाकार Shiwansh सँग मिलेर २५००–३५०० वटा प्रयोग भइसकेका बियरका बोतलहरू प्रयोग गरेर एउटा ठूलो सार्वजनिक कला स्थापना निर्माण गर्दैछौं।

A story from the mountains is finding its place on screens across India.

Shape of Momo, directed by Sikkimese filmmaker Tribeny Rai, has travelled through some of the world's leading film festivals, winning awards and earning international acclaim along the way.

The film is now being supported by a remarkable collective of independent cinema champions including Rana Daggubati's Spirit Media, along with Executive Producers Zoya Akhtar, Reema Kagti, and Payal Kapadia, helping bring this deeply personal Himalayan story to wider audiences.

As Shape of Momo releases in theatres across North Bengal and other cities, let's come together to support meaningful independent cinema and stories emerging from our mountains.

This issue needs a deep research so that we move beyond conjectures and try to understand what is the real reason why this is happening.

The unpredictable seasonal changes is definitely contributing to it. Need to understand what regenerative steps can be taken to mitigate the crisis.

This is where the academia needs to work closely with the conservationist who work in the field.

We hope the Sikkim Govt. allots it the highest of the priorities.

Bees have an extremely important role to play in pollinating most of the food that we eat today.

I was busy with the bees when Snehal from our team reminded me

“Da, Today is Earth Day!”.

You know how days are created so that “an event” can be conducted to showcase your association with that day!!!

Well, this “Days” do not get me excited these days!

Then my team reminds me, we don’t post as much as we should be doing.

Guests come and remind me “Dude, I had no idea that TIEEDI was this. Why don’t you post more!”

Perhaps I am getting older. Perhaps I am wearing the same coat of a cynic the sight of which still turns me off!

A lot of what happens outside our little world doesn’t make sense anymore while inside a forest some incredible stuff is happening.

This wild rose vine that we have been nurturing for over 7 years now is decided to burst out in all its glory this year. Hundreds of flowers whose intoxicating fragrance is luring our bees to come to the bar and get drunk in its sweet nectar.

Honeybees, Bumblebees, solitary bees, unknown bees all are having a merry drinking revelry of an April Spring Fest.

I spend time here now everyday with my heart full watching them having the time of their life. I hated rules while growing up but now in the forest we have an understanding that “Except Sapiens all other species can get drunk in our gardens!”

The rest of the day beckons me and I yank myself out from our Wild White Rose Bar wondering…��Why don’t we ever get it …that every day is an Earth Day!
