माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी,

विषय: अलीनगर प्रखंड में राजकीय डिग्री कॉलेज की स्थापना के संबंध में।

माननीय महोदय,
सविनय निवेदन है कि दरभंगा ज़िले का अलीनगर प्रखंड आज भी उच्च शिक्षा के मूल अधिकार से वंचित है। अलीनगर जैसे बड़े और जनसंख्या बहुल प्रखंड में आज तक एक भी डिग्री कॉलेज का न होना यहाँ की जनता के लिए अत्यंत दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है।

मैट्रिक और इंटर के बाद हमारे छात्र–छात्राओं को दरभंगा या अन्य दूरस्थ स्थानों पर जाना पड़ता है, जिससे विशेषकर गरीब, ग्रामीण और छात्राओं की पढ़ाई बीच में ही छूट जाती है। यह स्थिति सामाजिक और शैक्षणिक असमानता को और गहरा कर रही है।

अलीनगर की जागरूक जनता, छात्र, अभिभावक एवं सामाजिक संगठन इस मांग को लेकर शांतिपूर्ण धरना–प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं। यह आंदोलन किसी राजनीतिक लाभ के लिए नहीं, बल्कि भविष्य निर्माण के लिए है।

अतः आपसे विनम्र अनुरोध है कि अलीनगर प्रखंड में शीघ्र एक राजकीय डिग्री कॉलेज की स्वीकृति प्रदान करने की कृपा करें, ताकि यहाँ के युवाओं को अपने ही क्षेत्र में उच्च शिक्षा मिल सके।
