Join us in celebrating the spirit of wellness, harmony and healthy living on the occasion of International Day of Yoga 2026.

📍 Balnilaya Academy Foundation School Hall, Kolkata

The programme will begin with Vandemataram, followed by the Common Yoga Protocol (CYP) session from 7:00 AM to 7:45 AM. The event will also feature addresses by the representative of Cater India Trust and the Principal of Balnilaya Academy Foundation, concluding with the National Anthem, Jana Gana Mana.

👕 Dress Code:
White T-Shirt/Kurta with comfortable track pants and your own yoga mat.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Open to Parents, Teachers, Students and Community Members.
