After a long term of brainstorming and gathering like-minded people, the present secretary Mr. Awdhesh Shukla, officialy registered JANHIT on 29th March, 2004. Ever since its formation we have constantly worked to serve people better. Beginning in 2004 with just health as an issue we have expanded to more than that including education, empowerment, livelihood, agriculture, social issues and much more. The Organisation is of non-profitable nature. All donations made to JANHIT in any form is exempted from Income Tax as per IT Act 12A of 1961. With a large number of both working and non-working staffs we have many offices including project offices in Latehar and Garhwa and branch offices at Ranchi.
