We are truly honored to have been invited to Vantara’s animal protection and conservation event, where Humane Animal Society was recognized as one of the select organizations doing dedicated work for animal welfare! 🐾💚
Our sanctuary veterinarian Dr. Sanjay Kottithara represented HAS at the event so rightfully called “Champions of Care” where he presented a proposal for an ambulance service to help our team respond faster to field rescues, conduct surveillance, monitor vulnerable areas, and safely handle transport of animals. 🚐
To top off an already unforgettable experience, Mr. Anant Ambani personally interacted with us, appreciated our efforts, and assured us that he would consider our proposal favorably!
This Champions of Care honor belongs to every volunteer, donor, and supporter who believes in our mission. Together, we’re proving that every life truly matters!
We’re so grateful to Dr. Manilal for recommending us. We cannot be more excited as we keep pushing boundaries for our rescues! 💪✨

A huge thank you to the amazing team from the Rotaract Club of Sri Shakthi Institute of Engineering and Technology for spending their time with us! 🐾✨
These wonderful students jumped right into action by helping us clean up, prepare meals, and take our sweet disabled dogs out for walks and endless cuddle sessions. Beyond all their hard work, they also donated rice and newspapers to support our daily care! 💛
Hearing them speak about everything they learned and how spending quality time with our rescues gave them a complete mental refresh, meant the world to us. It’s young, compassionate souls like these who give us so much hope for animal welfare. Thank you for bringing so much energy, love, and kindness to our shelter family! ✨

When Sibi was found, the sight of him lying motionless on the dirt, covered in raw, bloody wounds, was nothing short of heartbreaking. A vicious attack from another dog had left him with deep injuries to his eye and muzzle. 💔
When he was brought to us by a compassionate soul, the true extent of his injuries and deep infection was revealed. We quickly got to work cleaning him up and bandaging his wounds, before starting him on post-exposure rabies vaccinations, along with intensive antibiotic therapy.
Although now resting safely in our care, Sibi’s fight is sadly far from over. He needs daily dressings, and intensive treatment to heal both inside and out.✨
🙏 Please consider donating today to support sweet Sibi’s ongoing care; every single contribution - no matter how small - gives him the second chance he deserves!

After a devastating accident, Navi was left in critical condition, bleeding heavily from a deep shoulder wound and a shattered front leg. He was terrified, broken, and completely exhausted.🐾💔
Thankfully, a kind student noticed his suffering and alerted us immediately.
We brought him straight to safety, but the trauma from the accident was far too severe to save his front limb. To relieve his constant agony and give him a fresh start, his leg was amputated.
Though his life changed in an instant, Navi embraced his healing journey with incredible courage. Surrounded by love and daily care, his physical pain faded away, revealing a sweet, affectionate boy who loves life to the fullest.
Today, Navi is completely healed, radiant, and thriving!✨

Did you know you can become a pet parent right from your couch without even bringing a pet home? 🤫🐾
Welcome to Virtual Adoption, like, the ultimate way to support shelter animals from wherever you are!✨
Not everyone has space at home for a pet right now, and honestly, that’s totally okay! Through Virtual Adoption, you can sponsor one of our rescue dogs or cats and make sure they get all the love, care, and belly rubs they deserve.
How it works:
1. Choose your virtual buddy from our shelter family 🐶🐱
2. Select your sponsorship plan:
₹4,000/month: Full Virtual Adoption (you’re, like, their main superstar!)
Any partial amount/month: Partial Virtual Adoption (basically co-sponsoring with other awesome animal lovers!)
Where does your support go?
Well, straight into delicious meals, cozy shelter, critical medical care, life-saving vaccinations, and daily love.
And the best part? You get to choose your pet, know their story and receive regular updates, photos and videos of them.
Ready to virtually adopt? DM us or call 9791532266 and we will send you the rescues waiting for their supporter. Someone out there is waiting to be chosen.
Maybe it’s you💕

Every animal has an equal right to call this planet home! 🐾🌱✨
This World Animal Day, let’s rethink how we share our world. True animal advocacy means protecting wild habitats, building safer communities for local animals, and choosing coexistence over conflict every single day. When we step up to protect them, we protect the future of our shared home. 🛡️💚
Every thoughtful choice, big or small, helps create a kinder world for all living beings. ✨
