திரு. உ.சகாயம் IAS. அவா்களின் வழிகாட்டுதலின் படி இளைஞர்களால் உருவாக்கப்படட பொது நல சேவை அமைப்பு. லஞ்சம், ஊழல் எதிரான சட்டதிற்குட்ப்பட்ட போராட்டங்களை முன்னெடுத்து நடத்தி நோ்மையான சமுதாயமாக மாற்றியமைக்கவும் லஞ்சம் தவிர்த்து!! நெஞ்சம்நிமிர்த்து!! மக்கள்பாதை (அறக்கட்டளை பதிவு எண்: 68/2016) நோ்மையின் சிகரம் "திரு. உ. சகாயம் இ.ஆ.ப. (I.A.S.) அவா்களின் வழிகாட்டுதலின் படி தமிழக மக்களால் குறிப்பாக இளைஞர்களால் உருவாக்கப்படட பொது நல சேவை அமைப்பு.  லஞ்சம், ஊழல் எதிரான சட்டதிற்குட்ப்பட்ட போராட்டங்களை முன்னெடுத்து நடத்தி நோ்மையான சமுதாயமாக மாற்றியமைக்கவும்  மக்கள்பாதை தமிழகத்தின் பாரம்பரிய சிறப்புகளை மீட்டெடுக்கவும், இயற்கை வளங்களான ஏரி, குளங்கள், ஆறுகள், காடுகள், மலைகள், கனிமங்கள் போன்றவற்றை பேணிக்காத்திடவும்.  எளிய மக்களுக்கான அரசின் நலதிட்டங்கள் உரிய நேரத்தில் அவர்களை சென்றடைய பாலமாக இருந்திடவும்.  வாழும் போது செய்ய வேண்டிய இரத்த தானம், வாழ்க்கைக்கு பின் உடல் உறுப்பு தானம் வழங்குவதன் மூலம் அனைவருக்கும் உதவிடவும்.
