Project Velicham Lighting Dark Villages Project Velicham is a non-profit trust registered as No.104/2013 in Book 4 of SRO, Periyanaickenpalayam, Coimbatore.

We are a non-profit organization with a focus on lighting dark villages in India and empowering potential people with the help of renewable energy technologies like Solar, Wind, Biogas, Fuel cells, etc. We believe that true empowerment of people can be achieved only by first addressing their basic needs like water, food and shelter. Once these basic human needs are taken care of, people would be a

ble to empower themselves by means of education and a sustainable means of living. To address these basic needs in the modern world, electricity & light (power) play an important part. We will be bringing this power to the people so that they can attain true empowerment.
