Working primarily in Southern India, Isha Outreach has become an example of the transformation that human intention and effort can bring about. The programs are meticulously planned and manned mostly by over 2 million volunteers, offering their time and effort for their fellow human beings’ benefit.
Isha’s large-scale community health and wellbeing initiatives have touched the lives of 11.3 million people, with 5.2 million patients treated in 7500 villages in India. Isha’s massive environmental initiatives resulted in 52.7 million trees planted thus far, of which 17.2 million were planted on private farmlands.

Since April 2021, Isha volunteers have conducted 150 Yogaveera sessions in Kerala, touching the lives of 28,746 participants from government organizations, educational institutions and corporate sectors.

Isha volunteers in Karnataka have distributed food in 22 cities, supplied 1600 ration kits, held yoga for wellbeing sessions, held online medical consultations and sponsored medical equipment for a hospital in Chikkaballapur.

Isha volunteers distributed Nilavembu Kashayam in the villages of Hanumanthapura and Arikere in the Chikkaballapur district. Kashayam was prepared in the villages, and each resident received samples and a Kashayam packet. The locals were all grateful for Isha's preventive care.
While this is a pilot distribution project, we will soon begin distributing Kashayam in other districts of the state. .

As part of Isha COVID Action, we distributed rice, turmeric powder, chilli powder, vegetables, and four-layered masks to 200 people including cantonment sweepers, sanitation workers, and garbage collectors.

The event was attended by the Secunderabad constituency MLA, the TRS party’s Malkangiri in-charge, cantonment ward members, and other party leaders.
